Here are some pics i took last week friday.
So my progress so far, not exactly what i wanted but other stuff took priority but overall not too bad. (I Hope)
If i worked it out correctly i had a lbm gain of 7.8kg over 15 month's.

But most of those gains weren't where i wanted them.
