OK my op was a success and painless. Tho the pain is starting to come now hours later. Just a throbbing pain but pain none the less. Guess now the healing starts, just hope it to be quick.

Still sticking to the diet 110% not cheating or missing a meal. No fatburners at the time thinking of adding them back on monday again. Not sure yet.

@gorilla - they are all support supps for liver and cholestrol.

Thanx guys, well starting this week i've got 2 weeks left. I've decided to go for the secunda show on 14 april.

As for me prep, is hard. I have to admit that i never thought it was gona be this tough. My body is weak and hating me at the moment. This is also a big learing curve for me getting to know my body. I've had a few fustrating moments so far and im sure more are to come. My weight is just yo-yoing around. One week im down abit and then up again. But DJ made a few adjustments again here and there. Hope for all the magic to happen in these last two weeks.

Sorry for the scarce updates but most of the time i don't feel like doin jack.

But im still super excited and at the same time paranoid and stressed about doing the show. Im one big ball of mixed emotions.

But one thing is for sure im gona give it my all and see what happens. I know im in good hands.

once casper has got his tan going on he will start to look a lot better... but looking good, 73kgs this morning, only 3.1kgs to loose before tomorrow morning... which is still easy...

Our friendly ghost fakey have got some color on him and checked in this morning at a 69.5kg weight after dropping 3.5kgs in a day!! He is going to do damage today too!I wish fakey the best of luck in his first show!
