WoW!! what a ride, what an adrenaline rush, what an experience. This was one of the most difficult but most rewarding things i've done in a very long time. I made top 6 in the prejudging! I am so stoked. I can tell you while i was standing behind stage seeing every1 in my line-up i started stressing bad, at one point i even got light headed and dizzy. All i could think about was not getting top 6.

But when i got out on that stage nothing and no 1 mattered, it was just me having an awsum experience, every moment on that stage felt like a great achievement. I can't even really explain how it felt except WOW!

No when we went back stage again and they called out the top six and said NR6 (me) my heart sunk and this overwhelming feeling of joy and accomplishment filled me. Its was one of the best feelings ever. Last time i had that type of feeling was when my daughter was born.

So i would just like to thank my loving wife who stood by my side threw all the rough times, the mood swings, she was really a pillar i could lean on.

Secondly I wanna thank DJ for all his time and effort he put in to get me here today, with out his vast knowledge and experience i wouldn't have done half as good as i did. Also wana say thanks to you for sitting up with my whining and moaning and stupid questions. I know i wasn't one of your easiest clients. But you did a great job and i know for a fact that you will get very far in this industry and i hope to be there along for the ride with you in my corner. Your an awsum guy, Thanks for everything

and then i wanna thank all my family and friends that supported me also and lastly all the forum members (my 2nd family) that gave me courages words and motivation threw this journey. Thanks to all of you.

I had a awsum time and still have tonight left. Can't wait to entertain the crowd and what ever place i get tonight will just be a added bonus as i achieved what i wanted to.

well done to fakey who placed a well deserved 6th in a line up of 17, he did very very well (even though he stressed all the time) we are now gonna work on packing alot more muscle on to him seeing that he is a rather tall lad at 176cm.. enjoy the feeding and the week off training!

DJ is it much harder for a taller person like myself at 1.98 m tall to pack on muscle than a much shorter person like KOE. Do u find that the shorter competitors walking away with more trophies

yea they do,but that being said nothing and i mean nothing beats hard work,if you work hard and eat and sleep you will grow...

thanks for all the kind words from everyone, really appriciated. Gonna enmjoy my weak of binge eating and then back to the drawing board with dj and he already has a few things and idea of what we are gona do, so here to getting bigger and better for next year this time again.
