Just Curious...Anybody tried HEAT? people say its got ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin in it but when i checked out the bottle all it says is : Proprietary Formula 550mg with no hint to whats actually in it? Could be aspirin for all i know. Why im asking is a started using Heat today for the first time and already taken 2 caps today...Cant say i feel the heat as yet What should i be expecting as far as effects go? Im not sure its actually doing anything at the moment. Will continue using it and keep posted.

i use heat all the time,u might just be resistant to stimulants...it works like a treat...

yes letro is harsh, adex is the best choise... very low dose>>> 00pump should know

if using adex I am guessing that 3-5 drops of LP adex EOD should suffice.

Yes lower estrogen will cause you to hold less water and have less fat store.. Admin has a special cycle actually structured for females, that he may be kind enough to share from the doc, it includes nolva too...
