Clen
ECA, but don't enjoy it that much
Yohimbine (actually anything that contains it, reverzine is great)
WASP - Yohimbine product
Haven't tried HEAT
NO Monster
Apparently \"The Burn\" is good too, but not as potent as NO Monster
I'll go with anything that spares lean muscle.
Anavar is not bad, but it usually is stacked in a cycle and it also just chews body fat, the thing that keeps me away from using it often is that it also eats natural fat like that around your organs so I supplement with EFA's (Avo, nuts, flax seed oil etc)
That's it for me.
I would say, find one that you happy with i.e. Gives you the least sides and the best results as a trade off and stick to it, a bit of a hit and miss .....
Oh Yes, nearly forgot .....
Last but not least and everyones favourite ...... Cardio

Lol :woohoo:
I have to say that I really like the Clen I got from PGW, the sides aren't bad at all. I only get tremors in my hands and feel a little hot sometimes. But that is a sign that it's actually working. I've noticed that those effects only lasts about 12 days, so I decided to rotate it with something else in 12 day cycles to give the receptors time to recover.
I completely dropped the ECA... I can't handle the stuff... and that was on 1 tab. I sold it to an old girlfriend and she seems perfectly fine and she's on 2 tabs already.
I started Reverzine today, but don't feel anything yet. Will keep everyone updated.

Yip, cycle it myself, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, gives the receptors time to come up.
I have read you can use some other chemicals to keep the receptors up and the effects are constant, but it works out too expensive and you have to take quite a few tabs etc.
Like I mentioned in a previous post, if you find a brand you like then stick to it.
Good one on the ECA, giving it to your ex, Shweet bud

You should give the NO Monster a shot, it's a combo of NO (dahhhh) and yohimbine, gives you a good kick when training, just be careful when using it with Reverzine or you might get some sides.
He is a link and look at the product not the hot blonde

On second thought, look at the blonde, damn she's fine, things I would do to her are probably illegal in half the countries in this world, must say the test isn't help here either

The guys that have used it rave about it and it's power stuff.
I would reckomend not using it with other yohimbine products or if you are going to the start at a low dose and work your way up, esp with reverzine.
I use it during off cycle cause I like to see the effects of the AAS alone and it's dificult to judge what works best when you on a ton of different stuff.

DNP
Active: 2,4 Dinitrophenol
DNP was designed as a pesticide with very toxic effects. It is also used in the dye industry and the explosives industry. It was administered to prisoners in the 2nd world was concentration camps so they would not feel the cold.
DNP has some very potent fat burning properties. It raises body temperature by interfering with the mitochondria oxidative phosphorylation. It is far more potent that Ephedrine or Clenbuterol.
The recommendation for use is simple; don’t use it. If you do, using it for more than 10 days will almost certainly lead to serious internal organ damage. In addition to making you feel like you are in fact dieing, the substance is so volatile and flammable it is shipped in a watered down form that need to be completely dried out before use. To make matters worse, it can contaminate every single thing around you, form the air to the couch you sit on. You must understand that this substance is a pesticide designed to kill insects, much like DDT.
The side effct of DNP is so lengthy and so severe that It makes almost no sense to list it. If you are going to use it you are clearly so far gone that you cannot ready anymore, let alone have any logical brain function. Every single organ is affected and DNP has been responsible for numerous deaths. Low body fat does not help if you are dead. The biggest problem is that a lethal does is not at all much more that the dose you would use to burn fat.
DNP will stay in your system and even your sweat will contain it. If you have sweated in your sleep and your girlfriend lies in bed with you she will most certainly be exposed as well and over time start to display the same side effects.
DNP is mostly available as an experimental substance.
There has been numerous requests regarding DNP. Stay away from it! Whoever is thick enough to be telling you about it, let alone encouraging you to take it is going to be responsible for somebody’s death. This in turn is going to be blamed on steroids and the following investigation is going to cause all of use not to get our hands on steroid for a long time. Don’t rock the boat. It is not worth it for this substance!
Please stay away from DNP.

2,4-Dinitrophenol or DNP
Though it has many uses, 2,4-dinitrophenol is most notorious as a dangerous yet effective weight loss agent and fat burner in the hardcore underground bodybuilding supplement industry.
2,4-Dinitrophenol, more commonly known as DNP, is a solid yellow crystaline that has a sweet, musty odor. It is a manufactured chemical that does not occur naturally in the environment. Caswell #392, Solfo Black, Nitro Cleenup,1 Hydroxy-2,4-dinitrophenol, Nitrophen, Aldifen, and Chemox are some of its aliases.
2,4-Dinitrophenol DNP In The World Of Bodybuilding
Originally used as an ignitor for TNT as well as a pesticide, researchers at Stanford University discovered that DNP causes weight loss in 1933. The late pioneer bodybuilding Dan Duchaine wrote about DNP for fat reducing weight loss and DNP has been used in the hardcore bodybuilding underground for fat and weight loss for decades.
Compared to other thermogenic, fat reducing, and weight loss agents such as the epederine/caffeine/aspirin (ECA) stack would boost the user's metabolism 3% or the Clenbuterol/Cytomel T-3 stack which would boost metabolism 5-10%, DNP was seen to raise metabolism up to a relatively controlled 50% making DNP a seemingly miracle supplement. While Clenbuterol/T-3, ECA, and others only slightly raised the body's temperature, DNP raised internal temperature 2-4 degrees F or higher, which is the main culprit for DNP abuse-related deaths and injuries.
The main issue with DNP is its severe side effects. Many DNP abusers exercised fanatically increasing the body's temperature while dehydrating themselves. Unlike many phenols, DNP has not been seen to cause cancer, but death is a posibility if DNP raises the user's body temperature too high as there is no limit as to how far DNP can raise the user's body temperature. The lethal dose of DNP is only 4 times the dose that is effective in losing weight and fat loss, which is the reason the FDA banned the supplement in 1937, its innaugural year.
DNP is not an appetite suppressant, so a user will be hungry, and DNP users will especially crave carbohydrates due to glucose inefficiency. Some users may be allergic, and less than 1% of women who used DNP in the 1930's for fat reducing and weight loss developed cataracts which led to the 1938 FDA 2,4-dinitrophenol DNP ban as a weight loss drug. Today, the effects of exposure to DNP in factories and other such DNP-using places can be counteracted with supplements as well as limiting exposure.
DNP since has been used off and on with scrutiny from within and outside the bodybuilding industry. Protesters of DNP note that DNP is not a forgiving chemical. Understanding what the effects, risks, and limitations of the substance are before trying to acquire and use DNP promote their hopes to deter potential DNP users, but the effectiveness of DNP to help with fat reduction and ultimately weight loss is hard to deny. A danger is the fact that DNP has a cumulative effect with a 36-hour half-life. DNP takes up to 48 hours to flush from a user's system. Many bodybuilders adapt the \"more is better\" theory to their use of DNP severely increasing their risk of harmful side effects and possibly death.
Now, since DNP's many uses have only just started to be revealed, we need to aid the research as much as possible to find more uses. Also, the weight reducing aid that it once was can be tapped with more research on guidelines of prescription. We at DNP Resource are NOT suggesting that any organic reasearch should be conducted outside of a controlled environment and authorized by the FDA, but if fear of the chemical decreases and side effects can be controlled, perhaps this effective weight-loss agent can someday be restored to prominence. Please read on further to discover more about this fascinating and underutilized chemical.
Risks and Dangers of Dinitrophenol
DNP As A Restricted Chemical
2,4-Dinitrophenol can affect you when breathed in and by passing through your skin. It can irritate the skin. Long-term exposure
may cause a skin allergy to develop. Breathing DNP can irritate the nose and throat causing coughing and wheezing. High exposure to 2,4-dinitrophenol can affect the nervous system causing headache, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, convulsions (fits), and even death. Prolonged exposure to DNP may damage the liver and kidneys.
2-,4-Dinitrophenol is HIGHLY EXPLOSIVE, FLAMMABLE and
REACTIVE when DRY, and a DANGEROUS FIRE and
EXPLOSION HAZARD. Extreme caution must be exercised when handling, storing, and working with DNP in its raw form.
Dinitrophenol Identification
2,4-Dinitrophenol is a yellow crystalline (sand-like) solid but is often found in a solution. It is used in dyes, photo developers, explosives, and as a preservative of lumber.
Summary of DNP's Hazards
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol can effect you when breathed in and by passing through your skin.
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol can cause reproductive damage. Handle with extreme caution.
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol is a FLAMMABLE LIQUID and a FIRE HAZARD.
- Contact can irritate the skin. Long term exposure may cause dermatitis.
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol can irritate the eyes, and may cause clouding of the eye lenses (cataracts).
- Breathing 2,4-Dinitrophenol can irritate the nose and throat.
- High or repeated exposure can affect the nervous system causing nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, convulsions and even death.
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol may damage the liver and kidneys.
DNP Health Hazard Information
Duration of exposure, concentration of the substance and other factors will affect your susceptibility to any of the potential effects described below:
Acute Health Effects of Dinitrophenol
The following acute (short-term) health effects may occur immediately or shortly after exposure to 2,4-Dinitrophenol:
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol can irritate the skin and eyes.
- Breathing 2,4-Dinitrophenol can irritate the nose and throat.
- Exposure to 2,4-Dinitrophenol cause fatigue, thirst, sweating, headache and weakness. It may also cause anxiety and excitement.
Chronic Health Effects
The following chronic (long-term) health effects can occur at some time after exposure to 2,4-Dinitrophenol and can last for months or years:
2,3-Dinitrophenol as a Cancer Hazard
According to the information presently available 2,4-dinitrophenol has not been tested for its ability to cause cancer in animals. As a rule phenols tend to be carcinogenic, but the effects that DNP has in that regards requires a more in-depth study to determine its effects.
Reproductive Hazards of DNP
There is limited evidence that 2,4-dinitrophenol may damage the developing fetus meaning that feal damage has occured in a small percentage of women who were exposed to DNP, but the number could be purely coincidental. No controlled studies have been performed to prove this hazard.
Cataract Development Due to DNP Exposure
The most notable health hazard that 2,4-dinitrophenol presents is the reason the FDA barred its use as a weight loss agent. During its short stay as the leading weight loss drug offered, less than 1% of the women who consumed this substance developed clouding of the eyes, or cataracts. Today, supplements are available to counter this effect as described in the Weight Loss section of this website.
Other Long-Term Effects of 2,3-Dinitrophenol
- Exposure to 2,4-Dinitrophenol can cause dermatitis.
- High or repeated exposure can effect the nervous system causing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, anxiety, weakness, convulsions and even death.
- 2,4-Dinitrophenol may damage the liver and kidneys.
DNP as a Subject of Medical Testing
If symptoms develop or overexposure is suspected, the following may be useful:
- Liver and kidney function tests.
- Exam of the eyes.
- Evaluation by a qualified allergist, including careful exposure history and special testing, may help diagnose skin allergy.
Any evaluation should include a careful history of past and present symptoms with an exam. Medical tests that look for damage already done are not a substitute for controlling exposure.
Precautions When Handling DNP
When handling 2,4-DNP, wear protective gear. This includes gloves, eyewear, and other necessities to contain the form of the material being worked with (i.e. dust mask when working with powder). 2,4-Dinitrophenol is considered a restricted chemical so special cautions need to be taken when shipping because of its volatile nature. Reccipients and shippers alike must be aware of the nature of their cargo and informed of its shipping state and method. DNP in its bulk form should be shipped wetted with no less than 15% water by weight. The package should avoid friction, jarring, and heat to contain its explosiveness. The Environmental Protection Agency has more information on shipping regulations.
Hope this informs you more and you can read more on the DNP website ( www.dnp-resource.com )
Finally:
Reported Illicit Use of DNP for Wight Loss
NOTE: THE CONSUMPTION OF DNP AS A WEIGHT LOSS AGENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN NOR ARE THE PRODUCTS ADVERTISED ON THIS WEBSITE DESIGNED FOR SUCH USE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS BASED ON RESEARCH OF HISTORIC USE AND IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
Weight Loss with DNP - Scientifically Speaking
DNP accomplishes the astounding boost in metabolic rate via inhibition of the F0F1 ATP synthase molecule, located in the inner wall of each mitochondrion. While the electron transport chain still functions to pump hydrogen ions into the inter-membrane space, the coupling of the proton gradient to ATP production is rendered impossible by DNP. As a result, ATP production is dramatically reduced, and the energy is instead thrown off as heat. This results in an astounding production of heat; when using dinitrophenol, the athlete will radiate so much heat that it is uncomfortable to be within any proximity of them. Luckily, this heat does not fully contribute to body temperature increases, and is instead thrown off from the entire body surface, particularly the head. As a result, adequate doses of DNP will usually only elevate body temperature by about 1-1.5ºC. This is a good thing for your central nervous system and other delicate tissues. If the heat produced by ATP contributed in a more direct matter to body temperature, effective doses for fat loss would cause body temperature increase. Nonetheless, overheating is a very real danger.
Under these conditions, much of the food that we eat could not be used for ATP synthesis and we lose weight. However, too much inhibitor and we could make too little ATP for life. The difference between weight loss and death is only a small concentration change in dinitrophenol, making the drug dangerous. Simply put, this means that while eating your normal diet, you will have somewhere between 20% and 40% reduction of calories.
Risks of using 2,4-Dinitrophenol (DNP) for Weight Loss
Hearing all of these wonderful things probably has you wondering what the side effects and risks are. They are quite formidable and contribute to making DNP one of the most intolerable (though effective) drugs used in bodybuilding.
Overheating - There is no upper limit to DNP's body temperature increase, meaning that one may literally \"cook from the inside\" if they take too much. Dosage considerations will be given later, but even an overdose of 4-6 times the recommended dosage may be lethal. Much smaller overdoses may result in damage to the brain and/or other body systems such as the liver and kidneys. Supplements help reduce this risk.
Dehydration - Probably the single most dangerous aspect of DNP usage, dehydration sets in when the muscles and other body systems do not have enough glucose to stay properly hydrated. The body's temperature raise is much more harmful when it has no water to regulate temperatures and glucose levels. This can be battled b y replacing electrolytes with Potassium supplementation and supplementing with Glycerol, a muscle hydrator and energizer.
Carcinogenesis - Phenols in general are reputed to be carcinogenic. Although 2,4-dinitrophenol has never been implicated in a cancer diagnosis, some are nonetheless concerned, and understandably so. In addition to the inherent carcinogenic potential caused by its status as a phenol, production of free radicals and the release of various compounds stored in adipose tissue stores during DNP's rapid oxidation of fat may also potentially be harmful.
Discomfort and sweating - This is the single most noticeable effect of DNP use, both by the user and those around him/her. Even in the winter, while indoors at ambient temperatures, one may expect his or her shirt to be completely soaked through with sweat. Those with jobs requiring formal or semi-formal apparel are advised to consider other means of fat loss (or a new job, if preferred). Other obvious considerations lie in the areas of social life, personal appearance, etc. and the user must prioritize.
Insomnia - Second in frequency of reports to sweating and discomfort is insomnia. This may be at least partially attributed to discomfort. Possible means of countering this include such supplements as Valerian root or melatonin. Alternatively, one may deal with this via prescription or OTC sleep medications or GHB-A precursors. However, these may be addictive if used on a regular basis and if their use may be avoided, by all means abstain from using them.
Yellow bodily fluids - Some don't notice this, but others find that all of their bodily fluids take on a yellowish appearance. Urine is a darker yellow, and even semen and vaginal secretions may be affected. According to current knowledge, this is not known to be harmful in and of itself.
Muscle soreness - This is yet another thing that may be minimized via cerebral function. Dan Duchaine has recommended using a weight such as to allow no fewer than 15 reps per set of any weight training workout; judging from anecdotal reports and personal experience, this seems to be good advice. Low levels of ATP are a cause of muscle soreness in and of itself. The additional factor of encumbered recovery mechanisms make extreme soreness (and if not careful, catabolism) quite possible.
Allergic reactions - These are highly individualized but may be summarily discussed. Various reactions are common with DNP use, and approximately 10% of users will be extremely allergic to it. Allergic reactions can include hives, blisters, and/or inexplicable rashes.
Carbohydrate Cravings - To counter this, some methods will be touched on later. As with most diets, willpower is sometimes the single most important factor. Other drugs such as Meridia and supplements such as Hot Rox give a user the edge to combat these cravings as well as boost energy.
CONSUMING DNP FOR WEIGHT LOSS PURPOSES IS NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER, but if you are exposed to it, you suffer any of these side effects, and they are extremely bothersome, it is the recommendation to cease contact immediately and see your physician as soon as possible. Do not attempt to continue the exposure at that point.
The Proposed Safe and Effective DNP Dosage...
...at least as safe as it gets when using DNP for weight loss. Dosing is highly individualized and most generalizations tend to collapse quite quickly. As a result, none will be attempted. Start on the low end of the scale and see how you react. It is not recommended to take more than 300mg at any one time.
Getting the right dosage of DNP is rather easy to do although the importance of proper dosage cannot be overstated. It is far better for one to err on the side of too little rather than too much, certainly in the case of the novice who does not know if they are allergic to the substance.
As stated before, the commonly used dosage by bodybuilders and other reasonably lean persons is 4-6mg/kg of bodyweight. This would mean that a 100-kilogram bodybuilder would use anywhere from 400-600mg per day. Experienced users commonly are found using up to 800mg/day relatively safely, and beginners sometimes find that they enjoy 3-5 pounds of fat loss per week with as little as 200mg/day.
So, a person weighing 200 lbs would weigh about 91 kg. So 4mgs per kg of body weight would be the equivalent of 364 mgs of DNP per day. Since DNP comes in 200 mg capsules, the user would take one cap twice daily to stay within range. The lethal dose is a mere 32mg/kg...only 4 times the max effective dose of 800mg/day. The addage \"more is better\" does not ring true in this case. Heed the warning!
Beginners: Always start off small, say 200mg/day for 3-4 days to test your allergies. If no allergic reactions occur you may then consider increasing the dosage.
DNP should be taken in 8 to 12-day cycles to avoid liver and kidney damage and to allow your muscles to recover. Bodybuilders typically look their best 48 to 96 hours after cessation of usage. A 10-day cycle of 400mg per day (200mg twice daily) would be a typical effective dose for a 225lb man. This allows for a total of two weeks from start to finish with a 4-day recovery period. Positive results have been seen with a lower dose, but conversely, better results have been achieved safely with a higher dose. Positive results have been seen in users taking 200mg to 800mg per day. Keep the formula of 4-6mg/kg of body weight in mind.
As for the time of day, take each of two doses 12 hours apart (or 8 hours apart if taking 3 doses), one in the morning with food to maximize the calorie burning effects and the second dose just before bedtime with a snack to maximize your bodies natural nocturnal increase in resting metabolism. A larger man taking 600mg per day should divide the dose into a 5:00PM portion and another portion taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Someone taking 200-300mg/day could easily take one dose in the evening.
This should not decrease thyroid output dramatically and makes use of T3 (triiodothyronine, brand name Cytomel) unnecessary in short cycles. T4-T3 conversion does decrease dramatically in the liver due to excessive heat over a longer period of exposure. This begins within 24 hours of the first dose. However, there is usually adequate active thyroid hormone to make it through 8-10 days (possibly up to 12 days depending on experience level) of using it while maintaining elevated body temperature. To ensure T3 levels remain adequate, one can supplement T3 starting 7 days before last dose and cycling through until 7 days after the last DNP dose to provide extra T3 support while your body's T3 producing abilities recover.
After approximately 3-5 days, the user may find themselves with a waking temperature that is no longer elevated, even though they are still using DNP. This is due to the decrease in T3 and may signal the necessity of either the use of exogenous T3 in subsequent cycles or shorter cycles of the drug. In addition, the schedule given works nicely because the user is able to enjoy the anabolic rebound effect on a relatively regular basis. Also, longer cycles might leave the muscle fibers in a state of relative dehydration and \"starved\" of ATP for too long; both of these readily contribute to catabolism.
Since DNP has this inhibiting effect, glycolosis is inhibited as well, causing a diabetic effect due to the conversion of glucose without insulin, so you may have heard that people take insulin with DNP. This will counter act the symptoms of lethargy and lack of energy due to DNP's use. Other supplementation is also suggested to limit side effects as stated later in this column.
Timetable of Effects and Symptoms of a DNP Cycle
Day 1 -None; possibly elevated carbohydrate cravings and/or temperature elevation.
Day 2 - T4-T3 conversion has begun to decrease; lethargy possible. Temperature should be elevated, and radiation of heat is noticeable.
Days 3-5 - Body temperature is elevated, with all the effects that one expects from DNP use. In addition, water retention usually becomes manifest here.
Days 6-10 - Definite water retention, along with other symptoms of use; user most likely feels fatter due to having \"flatter\" muscles (mainly the result of glycogen depletion) and holding water. Final DNP dose taken in the evening of Day 10.
Days 11-12 - DNP is clearing the system slowly. All symptoms are still present.
Days 13-14 - Water should be gone by now, or getting there. Mild diuretics will expedite this. The user will probably notice perceived greater cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
96 Hours After Final Dose - This is when someone tends to look their best. Their glycogen stores are usually compensated at this point and the retained water should be gone.
Basically, IMO, Stay the F^&%k away if you don't know what you are doing.
Hope this helps.

If you wanna loose body fat then rather look at stuff that won't kill you if you just put one foot wrong. Look at burners that attach body fat and preserve lean muscle, Clen, Reverzine (Yohimbine based products), ECA and stuff like that. I would even stay away from T3 cause that just eats you alive and you might end up looking like Starvin' Marvin from South Park.
Get your diet in line, cardio up there and training up there too. Set goals and DON'T be in a hurry, this takes time and let's face it, you probably not competing so no need for 4% body fat. If you got a serious Fat issue then even look a reductil, but with weapons like Clen, Yohimbine and ECA there should be no need.
If you have an effective cardio routine and training scheme, diet is good and taking the correct supplements, then 90% of the battle is won and the above chemicals will just help you trim the stubborn areas.
Don't think you can eat junk food six times a day, train once a week and cardio is getting to walk to your car and still look like a Olympia competitor. There are no short cuts to looking good and being a bodybuilder, KNOWLEDGE ... HARD WORK AND DEDICATION.
Stay away from whoever told you about DNP, cause they surely do not have your best interests at heart.

Hey Vince.
I would not recommend taking DNP at all. That stuff is too dangerous man!! Really!
DNP was designed as a pesticide and it has very toxic effects! :X Every single organ is affected when using DNP and it has been responsible for numerous deaths.
STAY AWAY FROM DNP! PERIOD!

To Vince and Friend: Please send me your addresses - I want to send you flowers - you Dudes are living in the bomb zone!!
DNP is an uncoupler. It \"uncouples\" the metabolic ways that burn carbohydrates for energy - thus the user can only burn fat as energy source. The problem is the by-products of beta-oxidases(fat burning) - they are called ketones. Your brain can use ketones like glucose for energy, but the rest of your organs were not designed to do this very effectively. Thus the ketones accumalate very rapidly, causing the blood pH to become very acidic, leading to a condition called metabolic acidoses, very similar to the Diabetic Keto-acidose that leads to coma in uncontrolled diabetics. Your Respiratory Centre in your brain gets depressed and eventually you just STOP breathing....
About Yohimbe:
Very good to use year around. Go read on the site: nutros.com. Everything you want to know about it, is there...
The injectable should not be used at more than 10mg/24h - as split dose. The oral form(and there are many, ranging from Yohimbe bark powder to tinctures made by Homeopaths to pure pharmaceuticle grade powder) can be used to ranges of 10 - 40mg/24h. Just start at the low end and SLOWLY work it up to maximum tolerable doses. Remember that the oral powder form can give you some GI side effects of stomach irritation and nausea - so, always take with food. The tinctures are safe to use - they are absorbed through the mouth's buccal membranes.
But this string was very informative, Thanks guys!

It's called Ketotifen, a product used in atopic eczema, chronic sinusitis and asthma. What it does, is to \"up-regulate\" (increasing beta receptors and making them more sensitive) beta receptors for better effect when using beta2 stimulants. It thus makes the beta2 stimulant to work more effectively and longer. As all should now, Clenbuterol is a beta2 stimulant, but also stimulates beta3 receptors in muscle tissue - from there its anabolic effect, though very limited.
When using Clen, the beta receptors get \"worn off\" - hence the old method of 2 days on and 2 off from Clen. If ketotifen gets introduced, it will, due to up-regulation, \"protect\" these receptors.
There are three products of ketotifen available in RSA, namely the original, called Zaditen 1mg tab or the 2mg SRO tab, two generics in syrup form, namely Adco-ketotifen and Zetofen, both with dosages of 1mg/5ml.The latter at wholesale prices comes in at R50 per bottle of 200ml, where as the original Zaditen has a wholesale price in the region of R330,00 for 60 x 1mg tabs.
Two problems with Ketotifen. Firstly, for it to be effective, dosages must be in the region of 3mg/24h, thus making the Zaditen tabs ++ expensive. But, using the generic syrup at 15ml per day(5mls 3 xpd), makes for a huge cost saving. You will only need 1 1/2 bottles per month.
Secondly, in Clinical Medicine, Ketotifen's up-regulatory effect only starts kicking in after 4 week's use. Now for some advice:
usually, after 4 weeks of normal use of Clen, you start losing its effects due to receptor wastage, but this also co-incides with Ketotifen \"kicking in\". So, start using Clen and Ketotifen the same time and you can use the Clen EVERY DAY, without losing its effect. Just be warned. The Clen seems to work much more potent - so, please start the Clen cycle for the first week at 80 micrograms PER DAY, thus 40ugr 12 hourly, the next week 100ug and then on full dose of 120ugr daily onwards from week 3. NEVER use more than 120ugr Clen per day when combined Ketotifen in your cycle - it's just down right too stressful on your heart and just dangerous. The deaths linked to the use of Clen in Europe, were ALL linked to doses higher than 120ugr per day.
How long can you continue using Clen then? Well as long as you want to and need to, but remember to take a break every now and then, in order to give your Thyroid a break. Always re-start at the 80ugr dose.
One side effect to Ketotifen, is a noticeable increase in appetite. Is this good or bad? Well, that depends when you want to use your Clen - during bulking or pre-contest? Because its use is good during both...
Consider using Clen also as part of your PCT - and you will be surprised to see how well you maintain the muscle bulk you gained on your AAS stack!

Are they made by reputeable companies or backyard concoctions sold in gyms?? From where are they obtainable?
Zaditen and all its generics are schedule 2 medicines - they can thus be easily obtained over the counter at any pharmacy. If any pharmacist does not want to give it to you, they are just full of crap!! Just go to the next....
How to know if your Clen/whatever fat burner you are using, is giving you enough thermogenic effect?? Very easy - just take your morning temperature with any good thermometer put in your mouth on upon waking. Thermogenisis is at its optimum if this temperature ranges any where between 36,5 and 37,1 degrees Celcius. Do not overdose to such an extent that your temp is raised more than 37,2, as this is very uncomfortable and dangerous to walk around 24/7 with fever - it will lead to organ damage and Thyroid suppression.
I personally have found using Clen at 120 ugr/24h + Ketotifen 3mg/24h + Yohimbe at 20-30mg orally/24h + Lipo-6 2caps twice daily to give me the best results in pre-contest prep. The last couple of weeks T3 can be used to get rid of the last stubburn fat, but be very careful of your dosages! You should be highly anabolic, calory defeceite diet with calory counting EVERY DAY the last 3-4 weeks, or else the T3 will just eat away at all that hard earned muscle! This combination for 8 weeks and T3 the last 3 weeks, brought me in this year under 5% body fat on competition day.

The basic formulation of HEAT is Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin along with some other ingredients.
You can buy them from SA Anabolic Review for:
WASP = R270
HEAT = R300

If of Pharmaceuticle grade, how much of each ingredient per serving per day?
I have a formula I want to share with you.... much cheaper.
The 3.3mg Yohimbe HCl per capsule in Wasp sounds very familiar - that was the dosage what the original Lipo-6 was brought out per capsule, before the FDA in America removed it from the shelves due to Yohimbe being a prohibited substance in USA.
The new Lipo-6 has the origional ingredients(minus Yohimbe) with added Guggelsterones, ect.

I'm going to try to get myself some Ketotifen tomorrow. I’m going to start my Clen dose at 60mcg again and work up from there. Should I start on a low dose of Ketotifen as well and work up to 3mg?
Is Lipo-6 still effective now that the Yohimbe has been removed?
