Sterkte met res vd siklus,

Time for a backflash.

I told rvdwalt4 that i would post up some pics of how i looked a while back, these pics were taken in December of 2009(dont mind the date on the pics, was not set).

It was a few months after this that i decided i must do something about my weight, i couldnt join a gym due to the work i nwas doing. But did something none the less.

Here goes....lol

Edit: here I was at about 105-107kg probably +35% bf never messured but this is what the doc estimated.

Hi guys.

Weighed in this morning at 90,2kg. This is a 4,3kg increase in a week, which is mostly water but bf aslo seems to have went up, but that could be the bloated feel telling me that. Diet went up quite a bit from beggining of week 8 I'm probanbly at around 4,5K to 5K cals, DJ could probably confirm that. At first I was a bit dissapointed because I don't look that lean any more but later realised that you can't always look at your best when you have your goals in mind. This is all about putting on as much muscle as possible in the given time and if bf plays a role then so be it. Its a small sacrifice to make when you are aiming for big goals.

Felt a bit drained this week but training sessions was still good. Got as much rest as possible this week, went to bed early every night. Strength increases are slow, but getting there(missing the dbol). Pushing the weights up a bit this week again.

Ill be psting the pics a bit later when I start up the pc.

Well done bud, you have done exceptionally well. Keep up the good work. Take pride in how far you have come. Have faith in how far you can go.

Thanx for the compliments guys, I'm not using any AI at this stage, haven't had any signs of sides so there is no need. Strength gains has been slow but steady.

This is week 1 in cycle

Deadlifts : 8 sets 4 warm up sets 12 reps @ 40kg, 4 heavy sets 6-8 reps@ 80kg 6,6,6,6

This is week 8 in cycle

Deadlifts : 8 sets 4 warm up sets 12 reps @ 40kg, 4 heavy sets 6-8 reps
Week 8 40kg warmup 110kg 8,8,6,6

Deadlifts aren't very high to start with but only started doing them a few months back. I'm uping it to 120kg this week.

Thanx divid I've still got a far way to go, I've still got a lot to learn about training dieting and how my body reacts to it, but atleast have dj to giude me, I'm planning on hireing him again as soon as my 12 weeks are done. The perfect plan would be to use him right through to contest.

Is DJ still adding more calories as you go along? How many calories are you getting in a day at the moment?

Yes he's still adding, added a fe more the past monday. I'm guessing that I'm on about 4500 to 5000 cals a day. I haven't worked it out myself, but will see what I can do to get that info. I'm pretty curious myself.

Looking good bud keep it up and don't let the fact that you aren't as lean as you thought you would be, get you down.

You still have a month's bridge to follow after you've finished the Test, plenty of time to cut down and harden up. Bulk up as much as you can now, if your goal is to gain lots of lean muscle.
