Started my winstrol on monday and dropped my calories to get as lean as I can by september. I made some good lean mass builds. Dropped bf and gaind muscle weight. Could have done better but was out for 2 weeks. Ill post a stats update on sunday and take some pics aswell.

40mg winny en 40mg proviron. Raak mooi lean my tjom sal post as ek weer by n pc kan uitkom. Sou nooit so lean kon word sonder DJ se help met diet ni. 80% training 10% juice 110% diet. Om lean te raak is als oor diet tjom. En DJ is die koning!

thanx man. Yeah posting a pic as n avatar is pretty bad quality. Ill try post them normally again. Thanx for the crit, hitting cardio nothing less than 4 times a week for 20 mins per session. Doing a high intensity cardio on wednesdays, pretty much like rugby fitness training. Can't agree more with the comment on the biceps, need to put on about 2cm to be in good preportion. this is my first time posing so axcuse me if its not up to standard lol.gorilla wrote: Its a kak pic, but it seems you have a pack? Ill have to sit down with my diet again to make sure but on carb up day there is very little fats and all the cals from fat are replaced with carbs. Low carb is only morning pre and post workout. High carb is almost every meal with carbs.
I was thinking again about the competing thing and acually though that I'm not ready as yet, I want to work my legs harder and put on some extra size. Don think I'm doing to bad on the proportion side but still a lot of room for improvement, this was my first cycle though. So ill have a look in december and contact dj again, if he think I'm ready to hit the stage ill be more than happy to do a contest prep with him. Otherwise ill go ahead do 2 or 3 more cycles (short cycles) in the coming year and be ready in 2014. Just not sure if I'm good enough with size and proportion to make a impact on stage yet. And when I do it I want to win. No stuffing around!

Waldu wrote: 8kg so far I'm at 86kg, byt my BF dropped about 4% and still dropping. So made decent lean mass gains. The heaviest a was on cycle is 90.2kg. 8kg doesn't seem much but if you droped fat and picked up that much, ill say that's good. No water either as iv been on winstrol for two weeks and diet also doesn't have much carbs for most of the week.
Dis great man! So your 8kg heavier with 4% less bodyfat? Thats awesome bro...Keep it up

David.biohazard wrote: Awesome results for a first cycle and considering you were out for some time. The gains look good and solid. At the end of the day, when you step out on stage you want to be happy with what you have and the next year gives you time to improve. You will always want to improve from the last competition, no matter a 1st or a 6th.
very true boet. Iv got a plan in mind for next years cycles already. Planning on jumping on in january again. It will all be lean mass cycles to keep badyfat pretty low, but not so low that I won't make good gains. Woulg like to put on about 10kg-15kg of lean mass next year. And 70% of that must go to the legs.

Thanks for your cycle log - I've been following with great interest so far.
As far as sides goes, what did you experience in terms of the following:
1) Hair loss (very important for me - getting married soon
2) Acne
3) Water retention
4) Hair growth

Thanx man. No hairloss even if iv always had a pretty high hairline. No acne at all but do get the occational zit. My water retention was diet related...more carbs=more water. Noticed a bit of hair growth on my upper body, but I do trim so not really an issue.

(and I really want to hang on to my hair for the wedding pics!)
I'm thinking about replacing the d.bol with t.bol though. (less water)
I'm also considering running proviron @ 40mg p.d throughout my cycle and bridge.
What’s your take on the proviron?
Do you recon it will make a difference or should I rather save it for the bridge only?
WHEN CAN WE SEE SOME PROPER PROGRESS PICS??? REALLY EXITED TO SEE THIS.
