Waldu's cycle log was created by Waldu
Hi guys, I decided to post my cycle progress for a couple of reasons. Mainly to get constructive criticism.

Stats week before starting cycle

80kg
12.2%BF
1.78m

Stats at start of cycle

78.8kg
Bodyfat was taken a week back at 80kg 12.2%
1.78m

Goals

Main goal is that I would like to compete in my first novice contest by 2013. Ill decide a bit closer to the time exactly when. I'm looking at competing in the 75kg class for my first contest.

Diet

Diet is 100% clean on the spot, getting help from DJ

Cycle

This is my first cycle aswell

Day 1-25, LP Dianabol 10, 40mg ED
Week 1-15, PGW Testocyp 250, 500mg PW

Bridge:
Week 15-19, LP Winstrol 10, 40mg ED
Week 15-19, LP Proviron 20, 20mg ED

PCT:
LP HCG 5000iu
LP Clomid 50
LP Nolvadex 20

Currently

I'm currently in week 6 of my cycle

End of week 2 83.9kg
End of week 4 84.7kg

When I finished the Dbol in week 4 my weight (water) dropped a bit and 83.3kg at en of week 5, not retaining much water from the Cyp itself as yet and making some awesome lean gains.

Will have weight updates every 2 week and will post up some photo's as soon possible

Awesome bud, 4.5kgs in 5 weeks is impressive, especially if you feel that most of it is muscle! Keep it up and keep us posted!

just a question dj. why does people say cyp make you bloat?

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

will post them up asap. Between preparing meals, training, work and cleaning there's not much time to sit infront of the PC. Right now I'm posting from my blackberry and can't seem to get the pics up with that.

Awesome progress kudos for following such a hectic diet regime. Awesome work DJ you work wonders :)

Dj do you also work in creating diets with certain restraints/allergies ?

I too will will commence shortly on a near identical cycle also 15 weeks but instead of dbol front load will go for testprop 100mg per day for 4 weeks. Im curious to how my body will receive it and hope for similar results. Your progress is inspiring man, best of luck and keep us posted :)

Im subscribed :D

Thanx man yeah legs do lack a lot. Never really gave much attention to legs and abs. But changed that now doing calves and abs twice a week. Dropped some weight to get my form perfect on legs and already feeling that I'm utalising my leg session much better. Better pumps and feeling them a bit more the next day. Form once again defeats weight!

It seems your outer quads are the ones that are lacking, twist your feet slightly inwards during legs that targets the outer quad more, otherwise just hit them hard for overall growth?

Do you pin quads bud?

eh.. who said inwards for outer quads.. outwards my son.. when I was doing powerlifting regularly my outer quads were the biggest they have been.. toes pointing out..

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I did pin quads only for the first 10 shots, going over to glutes and delts. I do adjust foot position when I'm squatting and doing leg press to inner and outer. But it will take some time for them to get there they arre FAR behind.

Well whoever said that was wrong..... stand up right now, do each with a big contraction at the top, if inner works better for you, then you are goofy..
