Eerste 4 weke of 25days saam met die Naps? Dit sal nie lang cycle wees nie so 8-10weke.

Ek gaan eerlik wees ek Vries open voel geintimideer as ek met julle Mods praat.Jy en julle almal selfs Furk en Fillet en Fakey het soveel meer experience as ek ek is bang ek maak my naam gat met julle.

Ek sal se Letrozole elke 2de dag teen 0.25? Adex is ook n opsie Maar Letro is meer effective en goedkoper so Letro 0.25mg Adex sou 0.5mg wees. Aromasin is te sterk. Dis hoekom ek hom nie hele cycle kan vat nie Maar kan hom in PCT gebruik waar ek voel vir n PCT ou soos ek sal hy en Nolvadex saam baie effective wees ek sal HCG op cycle vat 250iu 2x n week. Hoe klink daai? En hoe ver is ek verkeerd?

Question

Aromasin - does this deactivate aromatase enzyme permanently? If so, does your body stop producing more aromatase?

Letro or Adex - are they only bound to the enzyme for a limited amount of time? Are they eventually metabolized by the body? When not tapering down, can this cause a bad estrogen rebound?

Which one of the 3 has less harsh effects on your lipid profiles?

Aromasin deactivates aromatase enzyme for as long as there is Aromasin active in your body. For as long as there is Aromasin in your body no new enzymes are formed. Once Aromasin clears your body enzyme synthesis slowly returns to normal if you are off cycle.

Letro and Adex are only bound for a limited time yes. Yes they are eventually metabolised. And yes they can cause bad rebound.

Aromasin is the least harsh on Lipid profile

Did a 7day Detox just to clear my system and colon and so on.
94.4 KG down to 92kg this morning.

Today is my first day going full Keto again. 1800 calories per day no more than 160g Protein per day. The rest of my Calories to come from fats.

Hi guys.

My Keto and cutting plans got side lined for a few months. Me and Lallie got engaged and now saving to get a place of our own together. She also had her Graduation on Tuesday BA Law and BA Psychology. So going to stay just under Maintenance and introduce some non starchy carbs and try add some quality lean mass like a lean bulk of sorts. I am sure I can reduce BF% by doing this and doing 30mins cardio post work out.

Hi Ouens..

So I bought one of those BMI scales at Dischem. You know the Biometric Impedance scales... The thing recons I am 35% Body Fat... My last estimate from you guys was 22% and I look better bigger and leaner now... 3 BF estimate sites put me at 22% still now...
Those scales that only have electrodes for the feet are shit I think? Oupa? Pyro? Furk wat dink julle ouens?
