diet and training is going good , I feel a bit out of energy with the new diet , I have drop 1 kg already but the funy thing is my post workout shake is giving me some stomach cramps and pain , I'm not sure if its the 50g dextros of the iso whey that's causing the pain??

This is a common thing. Have only whey for three days and see if it changes. Then have only dextrose for three days and see what changes.
If you drink enough water then your muscles look flat because your glycogen stores are depleted. This is good for fat loss because when you train your muscles use the glycogen stores for energy first but if the stores are low then you burn more energy from other sources.

This week coming I'm going to add in some fasted cardio of 30 - 40min every day and see how that go's
Thinking of starting the clen this week coming but not yet 100% sure I need it right now maybe go another week with diet and cardio only and see what results I can come up with
If I could start the clen this week coming can I take 1 betasleep tablet every night for the first 2 weeks and from week 3 onwards 2 tablets a night OR is it a must to take 2 tablets every night from start to finish ( I'm just curious about this)

I think I have bit of a problem
So I decided to start the clen and I don't really feel anything at 40mcg and upped the dosage to 60mcg
I decided to use the clen anyway because I bought it and was not going to let it go to waist and los my money
So at 60mcg I don't have any side effects yet and no shaking hands nothing , I'm taking the betasleep tablets at night also
So the only difference I see is that my skin has red spots everywhere , especially my chest , shoulders and upper back is full of these red spots
I'm doing 40min faster cardio every morning , using the diet pyro helped me out with (2500 clas) and I still do my weight training heavy just added super sets and drop sets as I don't want my muscle to go to waist completely
Now!! The problem is that I think I'm loosing a shit lode of muscle! Because as of this morning I'm on 103kg and this is just impossible to believe!
The day when I started this thread I was 108kg and now with my new diet , fasted cardio and clen @ 60mcg I am at 103kg but I look flat as hell!! , my enegry levels are "non excising" and I feel very sleepy whole day "my clients are starting to ask questions haha"
I bought my self a pre workout from nutritech - vaso 3 + amply pump 3.0 and tried that yesterday and omf! I had a maaad pump!! And no crash at all!
And that's about that for this clen cycle as of today
Anyone think that maybe my calories are to low??
Should I drop some of the cardio like 4 days a week and only 30min fasted low intensity cardio??

Is heat rash a common thing to get when using clen? Or does this mean that 60mcg is to high for me?? I don't have the shakes en stuff like that just the heat rash all over my upper body

I'm on 120mcg and yohimbine at the moment.
The Clen seems to wake me up during the day, not put me to sleep. I start to feel physically drained by about 16:00 but hit a preworkout and am good to lift weights at 17:00. My mind stays agile all day. If it wasn't for the betasleep I'd struggle to sleep on Clen.

I went to the sight and the clen checks out it is all legit
Well I have a bit of good news , I took a long cold shower , and laid under a fan for a hour and well the red spots are a lot less , not completely gone but less
And I'm not sure if its the clen that's kicking my ass or if it is the lack of carbs but I feel super weak , and I'm very flat , my muscle look very flat at the moment no volume to them at all
But non the less I'm doing the 40mcg for the next 3 days again just to keep an eye on the heat rash

So I initially thought that I had heat rash and thought it was a allergic reaction towards the clen
So I went to the doc and it turns out that I actually have ( duitse masels)
