Maybe some one with more knowledge and experience with SARMS can answer or go more in depth as I would also like a clear answer. As far as I know the have little to know impact on HPTA. Yet give all the BH benefits of Testosterone with none of the negative side effects.

Hmm, interesting question which I actually never really thought of an assumed SARMs would not effect the HPTA, however it seems as if they might.

That being said after a bit of Googling it seems as if GW is not really a SARM and is a PPAR modulator. So I do not think GW will make a difference to your HPTA.
GW seems to be used more for endurance and perhaps a bit of weight loss - so not going to make you "swole". :P

My interest in GW is the enhanced endurance. My second interest is the fact that it helps improve cholesterol, lowers your bad cholesterol and increases your good cholesterol.

Rooibul, if you can get some GW before you do your warrior race - I would imagine it to help significantly?
I was searching these forums and saw Oupa mention that you should take it 4 weeks prior to your event for best results?

My interest in GW also lies in the ability to increase endurance and aid fat loss and positive impact on cholesterol without influence on HPTA.

I have to sit the coming Warrior Race at Harties out but will do Emerald Casino and Hbby Park Krugers Dorp.
And yeah Psy the Black Ops this year and prep for Iron Man next year will all benefit from GW use the added fat loss is a bonus. As soon as I get some I will let you know how I find it for my Cardio ;)

Its actually sad that today's Iron Man is not the same as a few years ago, technology has made it so easy that with a little prep, a 5150 here and there and almost any Tom, Dick and Harry's can do it.

I personally know a few fat unhealthy fucks that finished it with minimum prep.

I hear you Oupa.

I am going to do my prep year anyway just to make sure I am fit and healthy and so that I know I can do it.

But mostly it is a reason to train to stay in the life style and a goal to look forward to. Same with the Warrior Races.

GW can actually be used in PCT to preserve muscle as it improves glycogen retention and even forces glycogen into muscle. It is one of the ways it improves endurance. You can even stay lean on a calorie surplus on GW. So you can use it in PCT for that and up training intensity as it boosts endurance and yes no impact on HPTA.

So my left nipple is concerning me a bit, it looks the wrong type of puffy. Like just around the areola, as if there is something behind the nipple pushing it out a bit. My right nipple looks fine though and neither of them are sensitive nor are they itchy so I am just monitoring it visually for now. I noticed this about a day or two ago.
If I put my hand behind my back and try reach as far down my back as possible, you can see that my left nipple is a sticking out more than the right which looks very flat.

Well lets see how well it works. Clen has anti-catabolic properties, however in the safe doses it will not make a difference. ;) I hope they bring it back permanently. I think it would be great to have easy access to GW here in South Africa.

I think if they do, we will start to see more people trying it in different situations and get a better feel for what it works well with, during and for.
Sure there is the overseas forums with info, although none seem to have the same amount of knowledge as this forum which is quite strange.

I think I would like to try do the Warrior Race in April (Krugersdorp). If I can get some GW before hand I will be keen to see how well it works with cardio and possibly use some during the warrior race... Although I will most likely only do the Commando one as I have never done a warrior race before.
I'd like to do the one in March, however I am carrying too much water and my endurance is down the drain. I cannot run on the treadmill as I get really bad pumps in my shins, so I need to resort to other forms of cardio at the moment. lol

Shin and forearm pumps are insane on this cycle. I get pumps from walking fast in a mall and from brushing my teeth.

Ok, so last night my nips got a bit much and I took a 20mg Aromasin and 20mg Nolvadex. Figured I would rather be safe than have gyno.

Left nip was looking the wrong type of puffy (like the areola section protruding out more) and just looked bigger than the right, significantly so. The nipple looked larger even. I was more aware of things bumping into it when I was in the shower and it was also itchy around the nipple but like the areola part.

So I will continue with Aromasin and Nolva for now, still got a bit of my cycle left though and only a single bottle of both Nolva and Aromasin. What would be the best way to proceed with regards to an AI?
Should I get some Letro or Arimidex or Aromasin or should what I have be sufficient? I have 5 (*maybe 4 now) more pins of test cyp then I will run some Test Prop during my bridge.

*That being said my pin yesterday was really annoying. Got everything ready, pinned my gym partner and all was good, did HCG and all is fine. Then it was my time for my test shot, goes in fine and all he pulls back to aspirate and suddenly there is a weird noise which sounds like a vacuum of air and he shouts "WTF". The needle wasn't on the syringe properly and popped off and the test went to waste and there I was left with my needle still in my ass.
Such a friggen waste of test, although that just goes to show that it is best to not rush such things. He got some of the oil in his mouth and he states it tastes like sunflower oil, haha. It has a weird smell to it though. So I might be a pin short and do not really want to get a whole new bottle of cyp just for a single pin...

So I am not sure whether it is just my imagination (do not think so, one t-shirt in particular is not as tight around my chest as previously), however it seems as if my chest is getting smaller. Possibly due to water loss from the AI (Is it possible? Would it happen that quickly?)... I really dislike it and think I am going to hate my bridge and PCT when I shed more water and weight :(

I managed to squat 120KG the other day (Finally double my bodyweight). However I have started to tone down my quad work out a bit as they are getting too big for my liking at the moment.
So I now mainly just do some weighted pistol squats which I am really enjoying and some normal back squats still.

Truth be told I feel as if my progress has become a bit stagnant and I want to push through that now. I think I got a bit too comfortable over the past two weeks or so.

The way my left nip looks still bothers me, does not feel itchy anymore though. I am also getting a bit nervous about having to pin the test prop myself as my gym partner will not be able to assist me with that.

I forgot to mention that about a week ago, maybe two, my skin did then start to get kinda bad. When I started the cycle it did change however it was nothing to bother me. Then it started to become a bit more noticeable with some red spots mainly around my read shoulder / upper tricep area. Perhaps around 6 to 8 spots. They are going away now though. I also had 3 spots on my forehead, which are going away and only one is noticeable now.
My skin has held up a lot better than I thought it would - I was expecting it to get really bad after what Pyro and Furk had to say. Especially considering my back has never been 100% spot free.. Although I think that might be due to sweat as I sweat a lot on my back and riding a bike with a bag 5 days a week in the African heat does not help with regards to spots on my back.

Day 61 BTW, for those who are interested. :)

Hey Psy

Congrats on the squat man, that's impressive! I haven't done pistols in a while, just remember how sore i was the days after haha. Just be patient with the nip thing it takes a few days, just leave them alone. I am in the same situation with my right nip during pct.

Pinning yourself isn't that bad, i was also kinda nervous the first time but it goes in easily. Easiest spot is the Ventro glute, maybe give that a try.

I will take a look into the Ventro Glute. Just read about it, never tried it and cannot remember where exactly.

As for quads, sure it is easy however I fear it is more painful? I pinned some hcg in my quad the other day and it was really painful, maybe because I pushed the needle in too slowly or maybe I did it in the wrong location on my quads...

HCG in your quad? What size slin pin are you using?

I just alternate between glutes and delts. Even with 3 pins a week I found those 2 sites to be more than enough. Glutes got harder and harder to do as my cycle went on though as I battled to reach around as easily once the mass packed on. I can't touch most of my back or my neck anymore B)

ventro is more on the side of your hip, in the medial glute. two big muscles that cross each other and not a lot of if any nerves or blood vessels. its right on the line where your pants and undies would sit.

Normal 8mm, 30G... I tried in my quad as I wanted to try pin HCG in the muscle as I believe it has a higher bio-availability when pinned IM as opposed to SubQ. I do not have a lot of fat in my quads.

Never tried delts and not to keep on trying them. I agree with regards to glues becoming harder as your cycle progresses - I noticed that this cycle as I have turned around to see what it would be like a few times throughout the cycles as it is a lot harder to do it now than it was prior to me starting my cycle. :)

@Demolish, does this look about right? It is sort of at the top of your ass and slightly to the side?

Hey Psy.

I changed to pinning quads today because I just couldn't go through the process of trying to aspirate and then plunge with one hand while I was shaking like a leaf from not having the mobility to reach around. I watched a couple videos on painless quad injections and I had no issues. Even with it being virgin muscle. I think the trick is to spread the skin tight just before you go in. Leaves full control of the needle and two hands to guide the process. No PIP. Doubt I'll be going back to glutes for a while.

So watched a few videos on the ventroglute and I think I know where mine is.

Sort of where the seem of your pants are and in line with the top part of your butt crack. Just below the hip bone and to the rear, I won't lie... I am kinda scared to try and pin there incase I fuck up and it hurts like a biatch. lol

Took a look at pinning in the quad again as well, watched a few YouTube videos and I shall try again. It seems that most people do not "jab" it in when they inject themselves. It looks more like they are at a distance and then just press down firmly and not too slow either.

I think it is just the thought of possibly inflicting harm upon yourself and the hesitation you get at first.

I also think that spreading the skin tight helps. You do not feel it break as much and it goes in easier.

So I have started my Winstrol today and started cutting two days ago.

So let's see how this goes :D Doing Winstrol at 30mg a day, bit tricky to split equally as each cap is 10mg. So will probably do a 10 / 20mg split or something along those lines.

For what it is worth - possibly interesting useless information - Dbol & winstrol have just about no taste where Aromasin taste gawd-damn awful!! Nolva is not great and neither is Clomid although the Clomid is probably the mildest of the three.
Also the ONE Cycle Support tastes pretty good and SSN Joint Support is the worst. Worse than Aromasin but in a different way, extremely bitter. Way worse than Creatine ethly ester. haha

I have also been on Melanotan 2, today will be my 7th pin I think. I have gotten really use to pinning SubQ in my ass and am hoping this will assist me today when I attempt to pin my test cyp by myself. :D

I am curious to see how the caloric deficit affects my gym and recovery while I am on gear.
