Ye I'm only 2 weeks in but up 3.5kg so glycogen is deffinatly filling up my guns :woohoo: body fat is stable. I've finaly got a routine with this diet and I'm actually really enjoying it.
No major strength gains yet but my joints feel great.

I'll keep you posted I've got an assessment on the 11th (basically a month in)

Na I didn't kickstart, I just thought if I'm going to be on for so long I'll avoid the extra strain until it's needed. Just NPP/test and then 3 drops of Letro EOD for now. I'm not taking caber either at the moment, I'm going to see if controlling the eostrogen with letro keeps prolactin at bay but time will tell.

The diet is really interesting I'm taking at most 60g of whey a day but lots of whole meals. For instance I wake up and have 20g whey and 5 grams of Bcaa's emediatly then I have 80g of instant maize/2 whole boiled eggs/300ml pasturised egg whites and 150g of pineapple wait 40 min and train.
Then I have an intra of 20g Bcaas and 50g vatargo no post but a whole meal of 200g red meat/ 250g rice /veg /15ml olive oil a banana and 100g berries and that's all by 8am :woohoo:

From then on its 6 more whole meals and the only other sups I have is 5g Bcaas with every meal oh and all meals have P/F and carbs.

Well 2 jabs of HCG and my tities are twitching :angry:

so I've uped the Letro to 6 drops a day from 3 EOD and I've added Aromasin EOD.

I think you over doing it.. 6 drops ed .. within a few days the tinge should be gone . As long as it's stabilised already

I've been on 6 drops since Thursday and they are still sensative and puffy? As soon as it stabalized I'll drop back to 3 drops a day.
HCG seems to set me off every time.

Well after 2 weeks of a fairly high dose of Letro my nipples still aren't rite. No lumps but they are sensitive and a bit inflamed so I'll jump on the Bromo and see if it's prolactin or progresteron.

Any thoughts..?

I'll give Nolva a a go first then. It's just really strange I've run test far higher than this before and haven't needed a quarter of the Letro I'm on at the moment.

You havnt been off cycle for a while bud, so back up to high test usage causes issues but can be solved.

Very valid point.. I have just been clean from steroids for a year... I was now able to do a test cycle and not experience gynecomastia.. ye I felt a tinge but that went away..

Ye I did run female Var and clomide off cycle for 2.5 months but I was off for just over 3 months and I'm now on week 7 of this one.
Oh well let me try the Nolva as suggested before jumping on the Bromo and see how things go.
