Hey Gents

Well I have to do it just once and only once for me and only me. So I thought I'd run a thread and have the forum help and guid me towards the Rossi Classic next Oct..Look I'm 35 and have no ambition to do this competitively and to be honest the whole ego and tan thing of a comp puts me off.

Having said that I had a look at the comperition this year and I'm entering to Win and I can! So let's go team ASSA.

So what we are going to need to do is plan a cycle and mode of attack. I'm thinking about starting to bulk at the beginning of April and then staying on until the show in October.

Go big or go home...

Ye I'm going to hire a coach for my diet and Prep because that's a bit out of my league and I'd prefer to just cook and eat than have to think about the finer details of my diet.
I plan on getting as lean as possible in Jan/Feb and then hitting Some nandrolone to pick up some weight at first and then switch over a couple of months out to Tren if need be(I'm a bit nervous about that :lol: well my wife is :lol: but we'll see how I'm progressing and go from there.

Ye with my disc issues earlier in the year I set a comp as a goal and to be honest I really want to experience the whole prep and do a show so here we go.

What are your thoughts? Maybe Flex, Pump or who ever has experience?
Like I said I'm looking at giving the stage a go at the end of September and was just thinking about when to start my cycle .???
I'm thinking about just starting on 500mg a week of test and add compounds if and when needed?
I've been off cycle for a couple of months I haven't had blood done yet but in theory could jump back on from next month. But that would put me on cycle for 8 months? And then I was thinking about cruising from Oct until the new year and the having time off? I don't want to shrink for Christmas this year like I did last coming off in September. :lol:

What's are your thoughts on the safest and best way to go about my Prep? I've hired a coach so diet,training and all that will be sorted.

- Bulk with around 700mg test.
- Add 500mg EQ or Deca.

If you want to do this properly, start now, we can look later in the year to change compounds to help closer to prep time.
