Sorry bro and last thing, I remember you said you might be having a few gyno issues? Did you sort it out completely because I don't see any signs of it.

Haha dude I'm absolutely dying... Being off the gear, even the 3 day split I'm battling to recover. It's taking like 3-4 days on average .. Leg day is killing me, want to throw up almost on every set.. Even back day with deads... Death bro...

But I'm holding a very steady 96ish kg's... And still leaning out, really enjoying this kinda training.

Cool Rhino.

I added a simple little cardio ab thing I found on the internet when I get out of bed. It hurts so must be doing some good haha.
20x leg raises plus 20x toe touches plus 30 second bridge. Four sets with no rest in between sets exercises or sets. Let the abs pop haha.

Hey Gents

Just a question with this being a really long cycle, including bridge I'm looking at 6 months! I am running HCG and I'll up the dose to 500 twice a week for the last 3 weeks of my bridge but is there anything else I could add to PCT to make it more effective?
I'll be running PCT 3 but half the clomid dose and run it for 2 instead of 1 week or should I just get another tub and keep the standard dose and run it for the 2 weeks?

Thanks Gents

You must be on an AI before you start the clomid so that estradiol is low when beginning the clomid. You don't want to ever start SERMs with even slightly elevated estrogen because it's negative feedback on the hypothalamus and pituatary will reduce the LH response that the clomid initiates which means less testosterone produced.

I'm only on Letro at the moment because I just found that I can manage it far better then the Aromasin but I'll switch back to Aromasin on my bridge?

That's fine. You can stay on letro until your bridge is finished and then switch to aromasin.

Thanks MA.

Well gents I pulled or impinged my Trap doing shrugs yesterday :( it's happened before always on the same side just to the left and sometimes it moves to my shoulder I went to the Chiro yesterday and it's a bit looser but I'll have to go again today.
Moving my neck isn't easy looking down hurts them most it's tight as hell so I won't be training today I'll just chow Cataflam instead.

Any ideas what else I should try? Maybe a sports massage? It was a bit looser after the Chiro but after sleeping it's tightened up again

Well the Chiro has seemed to do the trick, I can look down again  so I'll do legs tomorrow but give upper body another couple of days and leave Dead lifts out for a while.

So I went for a deep tissue sports massage this morning to fix this niggle once and for all..! Oh my god if my wife had have hurt me like that I'd be either be getting divorced or she'd have to black eyes
I've never been in such pain but my trap and shoulder feel nice and loose, better than they have in years.
I think I'll be going once a week from now on to loosen me up.
