Stay in bed and get better my bro. As Ron said you will be back in the swing of things very soon.
Stay positive. Don't let it get into your head.

This is why I gave all my kids up for adoption. Haha

As for my wife like Fakeys she had tot go on a drip last night because she was completely dehydrated.

I hope you gents manage to steer clear of this Bug it's some Nasty Shit. Excuse the pun!

Much better thanks Bud. Trained legs this morning and managed not to shit myself while doing squats  I've lost 1.5kg so I'm down to 96.5 but I'm hopping that's mainly dehydration.
My shoulder also feels much better so I'm feeling positive again.

Hey Gents

Sorry it's been a while but I've been battling with this trapped nerve so between that and the stomach bug the last 3 weeks have sucked. I've kept my diet on track and have done as much as possible training wise but it's been a struggle I'm permanently uncomfortable so keeping positive takes some effort.
Thanks to Admin I'm in GOOD hands now and I'm finally speaking to a Doctor who really knows his shit, my weight hasn't changed for the last 3 weeks I have however leaned out a bit. You really don't appreciate good health until you don't have it...
Well I'm looking forward to getting over this hurdle and I'll keep you all posted.

Morning Gents
Well after a roller coaster ride with this trapped nerve I seem to be heading in the rite direction again. I picked up a Kg this week ant that's the first weight I've gained this month :woohoo: so I'm sat on 97.5kg at the moment.
I'll post some pics on Monday.
I've got another month left on Equi and I'm going to try and gain as much as possible and then I switch to Mas for a while and get shredded :)
I'm seriously thinking about going on GH! I'm thinking about starting it with the Masteron and then running it for 6 months.
What are your thoughts? And what dose would you recommend 8ius a day? I always get to this point while on cycle and start thinking about ways to maintain, has anyone tried the GH route or no of anyone that has? Or will it just be a waist like all the other methods and compounds I've tried in the past?

Thanks Gents
Now that I'm on the mend I'll keep my log more informative and up to date.

You'll be wasting your money bud. Masteron will shut down your hpta like any other steroid so if you want to go that route you might as well stay on cycle.

This will be a waste of money bud. You will still lose gains even on GH. The best way to maintain gains is GH with insulin but then you're on a dark and dangerous road. On GH at 10IU/day you will still lose gains from your cycle. Of course you will lose less but imo it's not worth what you'd have to spend on GH. It's always inevitable. What you keep post cycle depends on your genetics.

Appreciate your honesty Bud. You no what it's like thinking of ways to keep what's just cost you a fortune to gain  I'll give it a skip then and just prey for a successful PCT.

By the way I wasn't planing in running the Mas for 6 months just my 6 week bridge. Sorry if I caused confusion, it was the GH that I was thinking about using through my bridge pct and on. But after MA shooting straight again I won't be doing that now.

Thanks again MA +1

It sucks but that's just how it is. I do think that CJC + a GHRP is a worthy investment post cycle though. Particularly for guys in their 30s+. Good bang for buck.

Hey Gents so as you no after I'm done with the Equi I'm going to run Mas/prop for 6 weeks and then I'll give it 3 weeks till PCT to be safe.
I was going to run Var with the Mas and Prop but have decided agains it as I've enjoyed not being on orals this cycle, but having said that I'm thinking about running Winni for the last month up until pct just to dry out even more and to keep anabolic while I ride out the injectable's . I haven't done Stanazole in years and back then it was injectable you had to mix it with b12 just to be able to get it through the largest needles
So what dose of the oral do you recommend and is the Winni a good idea?

Thanks

I'm currently weighing 97.5 empty first thing 182cm and about 8% BF so Going to feed like a pig  for the next month and try and gain a couple more KG and then dropping the cals once I switch to Mas to Really lean out.
Maybe I should give Tbol a go for the last 4 weeks? I don't bloat at all on tbol and besides I'm running Letro. I no Var makes the most sense but I don't really fancy Var and I'd like to enjoy the Mas and test so I'm just thinking about something for the last month up until PCT and 4 weeks of Var is just going to be a waste
