You used Nolva with Arimidex, what was the dose on the arimidex? Mine would have been just Nolva and Aromasin... but the one is a type one and the other a type 2 so not sure how that will workout. Still thinking about the Triptorlin that the sports doc told me about, one single shot - I have it but still thinking about it. He did say that it will make pct that much smoother and I wont feel like a dog.

We no your going to use the Triptorlin :lol: hey it may be a bit risky but isn't everything we do..? Garry Strydom swears by it.

Well the man knew what he was talking about and promised me it would be a good thing plus is wont kill me so perhaps its worth a shot, but I will keep you posted.

It's the first time I've run HCG throughout my cycle and then upped it for the last 3 weeks of my bridge to 500iu twice a week I also extended my bridge for an extra 10 days with being on cycle for a total of almost 6 months.

Well guys I'm seriously impressed with my recovery so far..! I'm about 3 weeks into Nolva/Aromasin and my sex drive is Goood. Normally at this point it's not even on my mind but my wife has been a happy lady at least EOD for the last week.

Hey bud. You said somewhere if i am not mistaken this is the first time with Hcg on cycle. Do you think your good recover is due to this ?

Ye I recon, I do also think it took longer last time with my previous cycle being Nandrolone. Even though I was on Equi for twice as long as I was on NPP Deca really shuts you down.

Good to hear recovery is going so well. Are you going to do the low dose anavar after PCT?

Yip I'm going to run 15mg Var a day and 50mg clomid EOD like suggested. I'll run it for 2 months and then do bloods for you to have a look at so we can see what's up.

Will do, it'll be interesting to see what my bloods look like after 2 months plus it will be interesting to see if and how I respond to such a low dose.

Iv had a brief look into this topic aswell of var between cycles, some say even doses as low as 5-10mg is effective ... would 15mg not start to have a negative effect on recovery or is it still too low.?

But how would proviron at 50mg a day work for this bridge between cycle instead of anavar?

Or is the anabolic effect from proviron not high enough to keep you in a anabolic stat though bridge

Ye I'll gladly be the Crash test dummy :lol: MA advised 15mg @ my size but then I'll also be taking clomid to help with recovery and to try and help prevent shut down.
But who knows bloods will show us what's going on after 2 months

We are more or less the same stats if i remember correctly..

So keen to see how this turns out,

The concept of this is to run something anabolic at a dose low enough not to alter or affect your recovery or cause shutdown.

Proviron at 50mg will more then likely be too high.

Ye we have very similar stats. My weight has finally stabilized at 93kg empty first thing since my cycle and I'm 182cm and 8/9% at the moment.
I hate seeing my weight drop :lol: I had a super shit cycle with my neck so I didn't really expect to keep much, I'll drop my cals back to maintenance as soon as I'm done with PCT.
And I'll start the Var the very day I finish PCT I've got a cupboard full so I'm good to go :woohoo:

Well I hope so because I can't see another way I'll crack the 100kg's lean safely. By cycling I can go up to 99kg@ 6% but as soon as I come off I start shrinking back to 93kg again even eating like a horse... And and :lol: So I'm sure going to give this atleast a try and see what my bloods have to say.

Hey Guys

Well i finished PCT yesterday and have started 15mg Var ED and 50mg clomid EOD this morning. I'll run it for 2 months and then have Blood done early January and we can assess what effect it's had on my recovery and go from there.
I'm 93kg on the dot empty and naked first thing and my BF is at 8%, I'll be keeping my cals just over maintenance for now at 3650.

I'm training 3 days on 1 day off at the moment and doing abs and 20min cardio just once a week.

I started PCT 57 days after my last Equi pin and 3 weeks after my last prop and Masteron pin. I gave it an extra week because I was running quite a high test dose so I wanted levels to drop low enough to ensure a successful PCT.
