Age: 20
Height: 191cm
Weight: 90kg
BF: 8%

Bench: 120kg
Squat: 140kg
Deadlift: 150kg
Military press: 70-80kgs, 100kg in smith machine

Not too proud of my stats to be honest, but then again, I used to neglect the three main lifting movements (being the bench, deadlift and squat) and only did them reasonably heavy)

Used to do FST-7 routine, currently following the "Blood and Guts" program by Yates

Current training split:

Day 1: Chest & Biceps
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Shoulders & triceps
Day 5:Legs

Sometimes I'll take a day off between shoulders & tri's as well

Never done a cycle.

That's big bud. Should have you bodyfat checked out. If your abs are visible you should be between 10 and 13%. Do you compete?

Thanx guys!
Yeah I would like to know what my bodyfat is but my stomach is flat but I decided I'm going to do a cutting cycle early next year.
I'm not actually a bodybuilder I was a powerlifter and started doing strongman this year!
But I have a huge admiration for bodybuilding and would like to compete one day!
But I do a lot of volume training and eat like a bodybuilder because what's the point of being strong if you look like crap!

Well it's more androgens high levels test tren naps and I like anavar a lot!
I know some of the more veteran strongmen do very rough cycle's for SA's they wanted to give me test suspension, cypionate, winstrol depot, tren and naps! but my trainer told me that I'm going to veel to crap to even train.
But my SA prep cycle was 2ml supertest per week 1ml tren enanthate 3ml winstrol depot and 1 nap per day.
Currently I'm on a bulking cycle 3 ml supertest 1ml decca and 1ml equi!

that part looks very nice! I would up on the equi though... perhaps to say 1.5ml
but with so many other things in your system, im not too sure it would matter...

are you guys not tested? I see mariusz has been disqualified a couple of times because he failed tests...

what does your gym workouts look like?

No we dont get tested as far as I know the met-rx strongman is also untested I know he has been tested positive for cocaine but I'm not sure why they would test for intoxicating drugs?
Powerlifting on the other hand is very strict on testing but everyone's using you just workout the detection time so your clean at the day of the comp, that's why powerlifters love suspension because it's out of the system within 3 day's.
As for my workout monday's are lower body maxes, calves and abs so heavy squats, deads or goodmornings. I usually also use like bands or chains but I just moved to a virgin so they dont have those equipment.
Tuesday: Upper max mostly heavy shoulder and tricep workouts.
Wednesday: Rest or some cardio.
Thursday: Back and biceps.
Friday: Chest and abs mostly volume.
Saturday: Strongman events.

think he tested positive for anabolics hey.. for powerlifters i depends on who you are affiliated with, IPF tests religiously and GPC doesn't give a damn at all.

Well none of the met-rx athletes are clean so that's weird maybe it was a different league but as for powerlifting the only big league is IPF and yes they are very strict on testing but they are very fussy about gear these days you cant squat with a vest and you must wear a stupid type of wrestling suit over the rest of your gear even your belt has to be under it, it makes the gearing up for a lift a hell of a mission!

ya IPF is full of nonsense, especially when you are bloody timed to get under the bar it makes it a massive mission..

The drug test was in 2002 i think, he tested positive, lost his title got a ban and got a fine i think. It was at WSM

sorry 2004

forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=364685&page=1

edit again - and ya can't find what it was but a lot of speculation that it was recreational, so you are right..

Well I know some strength athlete's take coke pre-comp because it make's you focus!
But I cant see why they would test for recreational drugs and as far as roids goes it's stupid to test for it in strongman just as it would be in bodybuilding!
Well Ettiene Smit was at the worlds and he said nothing about being tested!
And for the suit well they say it is so the judges can easily check your squat depth and to see that there is now extra gear but I think it's more of a money making scheme!

ya since they changed all the equipment affiliations everyone is forced to buy IPF associated gear and they are making a killing off it, all the companies also had to repay some ridiculous amount to re-affiliate themselves, i know guys who had to buy whole new kit sets due to the brand they own not re-affiliating.

But this thread is getting some serious jacking so should probably stop haha.

Age: 21
Weight: 100kgs
BF%: No idea... maybe 15 or 16%

Best Ever Lifts
Flat Bench: 145kgs
Back Squat: 200kgs x 4 reps
Dead-lift: 260kgs

Can't say what I lift currently as I don't deadlift anymore and I haven't been able to train legs due to an MCL injury. Hopefully I can bring those lifts back up again next year.

Current Split:
Chest & Tris
Back & Bis
Delts & Traps
Legs
Off

I do 3-4 movements per body part and do 4 top sets to failure for each exercise, usually of 12/10/8/6 reps.
The exercises usually remain the same but the technique changes often. One day I will do 3 seconds eccentrics, the next day I might do drop sets or finish with FST-7. It all depends on what I'm in the mood for :)
