i agree with wvbosch - take a break and start again from scratch with your diet the most important. and just a tip for whenever you dont feel very motivated, do something COMPLETELY different then what you're used to for a couple of days. stupid example doing 1set of 50reps for all exercises or trying weird new exercises you dont normally do. it works for me and my training buddies so if ur gatvol give it a try and see how it works for you! good luck bud!

i dont know where but i heard once that "when your body knows all the answers, change the questions!" B)

Haha, I would move out if I could.

Im 18 and studying at varsity.

animal waitering and bartending is the way did it through school to pay school fees and the pocket money is awesome. at varsity i bartenderd in pta at a cofi, made minimal R700 bucks a thursday and R900 the friday. R1600 a week. its hard grafting with studies. But not impossible.

That days i wished i had big D cups so the tips could get better :P

determination is key

As ek storm volg my, as ek omdraai skiet my, as ek sterwe wreek my, so help my God

@DJ:
Just wondering what the dextrose is far?
And diet wise, using all the things you listed, my diet would look something like this without amounts:
1: Whey + peanutbutter + oats
2: brown rice + mince
3: whey + peanutbutter
4: chicken + brown rice
5: whey + peanutbutter
6: chicken + brown rice
Thats the way I thought of setting it up. Of course I will calculate calories, macro ratios etc.

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

The dextrose will be for post workout, to provide a nice insulin spike when your muscles need glycogen
