most if not all people have one side of their body's that are bigger/more defined than the other.
ever since I can remember, my left bicep, trap and tricep have been bigger and more defined than my right.
I do mainly compound movements, the only thing coming close to isolation exercises in my routine would be flyes and lat raises.
any idea how I can correct this without resorting to isolation movements?

ok I have a question for you guys,

Its called a muscle imbalance, perfectly normal,we are born like that, but you can still overcome it.Its like when you pick up a heavy grocery bag, your brain will instinctively use your strongest arm to lift it without you even thinking about it.Use dumbells instead of barbells, when we use barbells we tend to over-compensate with our strongest side, with dumbells you force the left and right side to exert the same amount of force. Our minds are pre-programmed to use the strongest sides of our bodies to lift heavy things.

I found an exercise, that works my Chest wonders not sure what it is called but goes like this.
Lie on your back undernieth the bench press bar,
Put your legs up on a bench
Depending on strengh ,put some weight on your chest.
Grab the bar finger pointing to your toes and pull yourself slowly towards the bar try to touch the bar with your upperbody. The secret is to do it as slowly as possible, and to touch the bar.
This exercise has growm my arms and my chest burn like hell when I'm done?
Maybe it might work for you 2? I will ask admin and paste a pic.
Ummm its weird that you say this exercise is for your chest. It is actually called a "Barbell Pulldowns Lat Exercise".Mostly for people not strong enough to do pullups.

Tiny,
I can easily do 5 sets of 15 pull-ups, but for some reason Barbell pulldown burns my chest although It is not ment for the chest. Geuss that is why different people build differently and why some exercises work differently for some people?
but point taken.
