Lie on your back undernieth the bench press bar,
Put your legs up on a bench
Depending on strengh ,put some weight on your chest.
Grab the bar finger pointing to your toes and pull yourself slowly towards the bar try to touch the bar with your upperbody. The secret is to do it as slowly as possible, and to touch the bar.
This exercise has growm my arms and my chest burn like hell when I'm done?
Maybe it might work for you 2? I will ask admin and paste a pic.

I know how small a teepee hut is at the top.....so there is minimal spanners in the toolbox? :haha
If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Legs grow so fast that I have to keep buying bigger pants, which sucks in a way
Biceps grow the slowest on me.
Everything else grows as much as I train them...
My grip is really weak, even though I have proportioned forearms, I've bought grippers and my grip has improved, yeah!
I use to use gloves with built in wrist wraps and also used weight straps. Haven't been able to replace my old gloves as I haven't found good quality, so been training bare handed. Noticed how my wrists are weak because of the the wrist wraps so decided I will go bare handed as long as I can and only use the straps if I really need to, my grip has improved ten fold....

Try reverse grip chinups, pausing and flexing at the top of your pull to concentrate on the peak of your bicep.Concentration curls also work wonders for bicep peak.
Like regular chinups with wide grip, or narrow grip, but palms facing towards you?
Will give your advice a try, thanks

I've never used weight straps, and I've heard that it makes you grip weaker, thus I stayed away from them.
I just have a weak grip...

Yes,reverse grip palms facing you, shoulder width or hands touching each other, the key to putting alot of the stress on your bicep is the pause right at the top, hold the position for 2 seconds and then repeat.

Ummm its weird that you say this exercise is for your chest. It is actually called a "Barbell Pulldowns Lat Exercise".Mostly for people not strong enough to do pullups.

don't take this offensively but,
It's strange that so many guys have this problem :hmm
I have always found that my chest was one of the easiest muscle groups to build.
Acid, what does you're routine for chest look like?
Well currently I am doing trying the following:
Workup ( 20kg x 12 , 20 x 12 , 28 x 10 , 34 x
Dumbbells incline (starting with 40kg working my way up to 46 -48 depending )
Dumbbell fat
Cable flies
Weighted Dips ( I add between 20kg - 40 kg around my waist)
I used to do the the above but with no cable flies - replaced with over head extensions)

It IS definitely a muscle, although after your teenage years the growth hormone and excessive testosterone has absolutely no effect on its growth at all

"What most folks don't know is that besides the spongy tunnel that holds blood, the thickness of the penis is determined by two muscles; the Ischio Cavernous (IC) and Bulbo Cavernous (BC). These two sheets of voluntary (striated) muscle wrap around the shaft of the penis like the belts on a radial tire. When pumped and contracted they give added rigidity and thickness to the shaft. As with any of the voluntary muscles, these can be exercised and both their strength and size improved".

@ acidid - try switch around you're dumbell presses for barbells, you can handle more weight that way inducing more trauma on you're chest.
@ Inja - lol been into bikes my whole life and had one too many accidents
Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

Morning guys, trust you enjoyed the weekend?

Done that for a few months. Saw no improvement after 2 months. Even while I was cycling

alright, why not try this...
fatigue you're chest before you're workout with a descent warmup and 2 sets on the pec deck.
then hit flat bench (barbell) real intensely for 3 sets at 6-8 reps then incline bench for the same, then dumbells flyes for the same and finish off with negatives on the flat bench again.
something else you could try is working on you're nutrition after a chest workout?
that night take in more calories than usual, when you take you're morning piss throw in a whey shake and the following day calories higher than usual again
Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you
