Lagging: putting more density on my back, I kill my back and it just takes forever to do anything.

I get enough work on them during chest and back workouts :weights
my lagging parts are my legs since I've broken them 3 times and have torn my PCL in my left knee and ACL + lateral meniscus in my right knee
but been working them hard and they're catching up slowly
Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

It's strange that so many guys have this problem :hmm
I have always found that my chest was one of the easiest muscle groups to build.
Acid, what does you're routine for chest look like?

I was expecting NB to come with one of those comments
but seriously, not meaning to hijack the thread at all, Tiny and Acid, I'm real interested to know exactly what you guys are doing for you're chest workouts?

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 2 warm up sets, 5 sets of 10,8,6,4,2reps
Decline Bench Press - 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps
Dumbbell Flys - 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps
Cable crossover - 4 sets of 10,8,6,4 reps.
I increase the weight for each set by about 5kg per set.Going to failure in as many sets as i can.I also do a set of decline pushups with a 10kg belt on my back in between bench. When im done with my workout it feels like a train ran over my chest, but weirdly the next day i hardly have any pain, mostly pains on the upper pec under the collar bone.I also add variety with other machines ..Please advise Jay

Tiny - I see that you do decline bench presses. I understand that VA and a few other gyms have done away with decline benches due to the fact that it puts extra pressure on your upper heart chamber and increases the chances of cardiac arrest. Any input regarding this will be appreciated :hmm

Biceps grow the slowest on me.
Everything else grows as much as I train them...
My grip is really weak, even though I have proportioned forearms, I've bought grippers and my grip has improved, yeah!

Legs grow so fast that I have to keep buying bigger pants, which sucks in a way

Try reverse grip chinups, pausing and flexing at the top of your pull to concentrate on the peak of your bicep.Concentration curls also work wonders for bicep peak.

also, I also think you should maybe get rid of the decline push ups, this could be adding a little too much to you're routine.
and then lastly, WHERE'S THE FLAT BARBELL BENCH!?!?!
that is the main chest exercise you should never ever leave out of a routine

doesn't look too bad at all Tiny, maybe try warming up properly and then keeping all you're sets at max weight instead of constantly adding weight on every set.

I do alot of flat bench jay, that was just a sample of what my routine more-or-less looks like.
