One thing I know is I will never press 250, and don't say never say never, I know! I will never press that
What is his height and weight 00pump?
All i know is that when I was 18 years old.I benched pressed 120kg's 4 reps.Not bad i rate for when i was 18.
But for some reason or another i don't do that much bench even because i find that benching works my arms shoulders, chest and back all at the same time.I find that incline decline and dumbell fly's are the best exercises to get a big chest which will help you to bench more.
You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.

Is it that massive dude who trains at Superbodies?
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Currently benching 105kg, arms are 16" at 87kg and 14% Bf
With the year coming to an end I think now's a perfect time to bump this thread so we can gauge our progress for the year.
I can't bench any more but can almost high incline my old max bench so I'm very pleased with that. Would say my bench would be around the 130 mark so close enough. Achieved my 17" guns goal which I'm very happy with although not at the weight and bodyfat I planned on (currently 95 @16%) but its no biggie, will work on that next year
On a side note wtf ever happened to Pumped and Frikkie? Koe deserves a special mention and an award for "Newcomer of the Year" and JR is due a "Lifetime Achievement Award" as well

Too many gaps to be lifetime. Too few results to call achievement. I'm a student like everybody else and i know more theory than i apply.
You young-guns will qualify for "Lifetime Achievement Award" s in the future. Took a while for BB to get to SA but now its here and with a site like this there is a HUGE future. At least the attitude of sharing info is changing and THAT is where the secret to advancement lies. Have a secret - share! We all know by now that not everyones secrets apply to ourselves - it just narrows the search a bit.
