what about the mean ass guy going shit heavy for his shoulder press and letting the dumbells klap against each other when they meet, leaving you with zinging ears...shit annoying!

i once saw a guy doing alternating bicep curls, (well i think that's what it was supposed to be!?) but it was more like a lower back/quad/shrug exercise cos the guy swings his arms so much to get momentum. he also turns his head and look at each arm as he swings up the weight. well, the one time while he was busy doing this, he brought the weight up a little high and it hit him in the face and chipped his front tooth!!!!!!!!!:woohoo:

Bud i also nick the dumbells together if i go heavy with a grown or two. its a good psych to push that heavy weights.

haha theres this trainer at my gym but hes old school and on juice most of the year,he was doing deadlifts and next to him were three gay guys doing curls but they were moaning about the music and the aircon not working so eventually this dude turns to them and tunes and i quote "i think you 3 moffies should fuck off back to virgin active in melrose arch" and we were in planet in wanderers so melrose is just down the road..
i got nothing against gay people but that was just some funny shit,i was skullcrushing 38kgs at the time he said it and i almost dropped the weight and pooped myself

Agreed, they do most of the time but I doubt they enjoy guy's who look like Mark Henry perving over them. They may be attention whores, but they do have standards you know
