Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Maybe you should try that? In Jay Cutlers training videos you see a machine exactly like that - purpose built for calves. Add a plank to the hack-squat and it works like a bomb.
If you do military presses the calf machine can do almost the same movement.

Also checked this one dude doing calf raises on the hack squat machine facing the other way. I often see these wanna bees going super heavy on leg press or squat but barely do a full range of movement you cant talk to these type of guys as they know it all already. The funniest thing i have seen is this guy doing wide grid lat pull downs but instead of sitting on the chair this idiot was lying on the ground pulling it down only half way as his arms would be stopped by the floor LMFAO.

I do that with the hack squat.

Oh yes, ILS. Love these guys, watched this tag-team trying to bench-curl 120kg the other day, guy benching only the last 3 inches of the movement and the spotter curling it as well

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

If he latches to a machine he occupies it for a loooooong time. He is like a "mossel" on that machine. Funniest thing to see him floating around gym looking for a machine. As soon as he zooms in on one somebody chases him down. Funny as hell!
No wonder the old fart holds on to whatever he can get!

talking of tag team, i have also seen in the gym the guy loads 200kg on the bench rack, then the "spotter" stands on a step, to spot him,but when he started to bench, i find it very difficult to know who is the spotter, as the one is benching the weight up, the other one performs a row for the back.
lat ek net by voeg, hulle doen nie "negatives" nie, want as hy klaar is, dan is daai wartlemoene weer onder die arms, hy skreeu soos n mal vark, en wel ja hy is so biki te onosel om te weet wat "negatives" is.
