It is sick Pump, makes me furious and sick but I will still kill before they rape my wife. Never happen. Never cuff us, attacked them un-armed and they will shoot as they are cowards. Again they have to run after that. Bastards, wimps, fagots. Fuck them, they getting just as fucked up as we are. But, keep your family safe gents as long as your heart pumps. No pun Mr. Pump.

But News24 also always sensationalises headlines to create a stir. The man who was charged with murdering the scum probably was not even arrested or accused of murder. It is standard procedure to open a murder charge against you if you kill a rape frenzied, armed burglar and then it's dropped after investigation.

damn I hate our reporters. how embarrassing is it when they wrote an article and kinda blamed my dogs because we were at the scene of a dog attack and the pitbulls looked guilty. coming back from the lunch time walk I nicely went upstairs to tell them how wrong their story was since I was actually on the scene helping while my dogs chilled one side with my brother.
the reporters are actually the worst when it comes to the law as well. a lot of them do not know the law and as a result report a load of crap.

no offense to anyone, but several posts on the thread are legally *incorrect*, and if followed, may result in disadvantage. The Firearms legislation, and our case law on private defence/necessity/ unlawfulness etc are quite technical, and change frequently when new judgements are delivered by the courts on the subject. I have many times observed Presiding Officers, in murder trials, tell accuseds that their decision to conduct their defence themselves, based upon their layman's knowledge, is like a man doing surgery on himself.
I agree 100% with Oupa's statement: "You cannot post/type/tex/whatsapp/skype or touch a thing that can become proof if you feel you could have made the wrong choice. You dont talk to fucking no one but a legal guy first, then you do what he tells u." I'm often concerned that members on this site talk too easily about identities, contact, locations - apparently under the incorrect impression that their posts are inadmissible in law against them/other members. This is simply not true. Not going into practicalities of it here.
All the above said in good faith towards members and the site.

Yes, but they are either very dumb or politically motivated or both. Have you seen the crap from "Gun Free SA" comes up with?

Nice!!! I actually don't even want to know what the H&K would cost. Would reckon upwards of R30K, but that's just a guess..
I've seen guys buy cannons like the CZ75 and then struggle to carry/conceal. A compact is so much better for that. Then the inevitable question regarding accuracy... Well, if you're going to clock a perp at 10m+ you're in shit. Fullstop.
And you'd be surprised how many guys can't hit a target at 5-10m with rapid draw without stress in ideal conditions. Now add an element of stress...
But I like the .45, any CBM shot is going to stop, hit an arm, its going to fall off. Thigh, femoral gone. That is what it was designed for. I've seen gangsters pumped full of 9mm rounds get discharged after a few days in hospital.
