Yea, it's a bit of a toughy, when I chatted to my doc and he said careful crunches, cycling and swimming is all I should be doing (I've been struggling to walk). No jogging, avoid running and walking, and no lifting. I'm not worried about gains at all, stopped hitting the gym totally in March because of pain etc. Right now it's all about maintaining core strength and dropping the kgs

You really need to see a Neuro and have an MRI for a 100% diagnosis and to ensure you don't do further damage.

I'd stick to the swimming and a good diet, you'll loose 10kg quickly with diet alone. Just listen to your body if something feels uncomfortable well more so than normal. Stop

She wasn't a candidate for replacement as her vertebra were already to damaged.
Either way good luck and I'll keep you posted on my journey from the theatre to the stage

He wants to do another MRI because he can't understand why I'm pain free after what he saw last time  so I'll keep you posted on the outcome. I'm going to ask his opinion on HGH and see if he'll give me a script.
The one thing that does baffle me is that it was almost to the day that the Equi cleared my system that the pain left and it came on a month into my cycle? I'll discuss it all with him tomorrow once he's had a look inside me.

I've spoke to both him and Doctari about it and they both seem to think that being on gear at the time the disc went and the inflammatory nature of gear made the issue far worse and last much longer than in the past. It's funny how I commented the other day that the pain left on the exact day that the Equi left my system...
So I've been given the all clear to squat and deadlift again which I'll do really carefully for now and see how things go.

I'm very interested in seeing some more info about the "inflammatory nature of gear". I know that low testosterone levels are associated with immune related inflammation. I didn't know that high testosterone or that EQ did the opposite.

Basically I've been told to make sure that I either look forward and really watch my posture while training Back and squatting. I have a tendency to look down when shrugging or doing rows and I think that's what normally sets it off
