Correct, survived the bulls bearly...from someone who hasn't had a single drink in 3 years I managed to do 2 full bottles of southern comfort in shots and out drank 3 of the party and still was standing at 3 in the morning despite all the chocolate tequila.

stop training for 1 whole week, no cardio,no training, just keep diet the same and if not increase carbs by 2x for breakfast. get some solal burnout and take that, also some solal thyroid repair and selenium just for good measure, take 10g glutamine and 5g BCAA's 3x a day. some 5htp will also help with getting your mood up. u have entered into the state of over training and under eating.

ah thanks DJ , i feel like an idiot trying to tell people my symptoms, especially at the chemist, i cant say, "oh, ...by the way i was taking steroids and illegal fat burners" lol, and most chemists havent a clue what they are doing! I have solal burn out at home and i have Muscle science appetite control with 5HTP in it, would this be okay to take until the weekend when i can buy 5htp? I havent been to gym that often, really want to but my body stops me. I will walk in the shops and just push people out my way, lol. I feel like im going insane! I keep telling my family im not feeling right and they keep telling me "its all in your head". And as for my sugar cravings.....I ate a packet of jelly babies, 500g choc covered goji berries, a whole box of sugar free sweets, 3 x ginko biloba tabs, 3 x usn protein bars and oats with 3 scoops of whey all in the space of 3hours on sunday morning, and i was still flat and lethargic! Later that day i ate 2 x woolies protein bars and future life cereal mixed with choc whey , followed by usn dessert protein x 2 bowls...I wanted sugar and nothing else!!!!! I was like a woman possessed! Can i do anything to control my sugar cravings? I am taking chromium which is in-effective for me.
Thank you! Will give that a try!

chromium at 200mcg a day and 250mg alapha lipolic acid 2x a day will help with blood sugar levels and cravings hopefully... i personally feel that u need to get back on a balanced plan, someing like 25g of protein a meal 5-6x a day 50g of carbs 3x a day(first 3 meals), and 20g of fats for your last 3 meals a day for a week with all the rest i have told u and see how u feel from there...u have really been messing around with too many stimulants and fat burners and everything inbetween for far too long and it has effected u now... u can take zetofin at night like Koe007 suggested or even get some betasleep to help get your sleeping patterns back to normal. u need to stay away from all coffee, coke zero or anything that has any stimulants for at least 2 weeks with this. your cortizol levels might be quite high so taking phosphatidyl serine at 400-600mg for the next 2 weeks will help with this aswell, this is quite an expensive product and u have to use it in high dose for it to be effective, this will help get your cortizol back to normal. please ensure u are taking 1000mg of vitamin c a day aswell as about 4l of water aswell... this will help flush your body out completely.

You DJ is right, I would also get a detox kit and just clean your body out... You at that point you close to causing a chronic condition if you don't just give your body some time to balance out...

Alpha Lipoic Acid 2-3 tabs/day should assist, I was like that a week after my shows eating everything in site.
To be honest it sounds like your hormones are way out of whack, im sure DJ can assist. That's the problem with self medicating juice and fat burners without proper understanding or guidance, im not insulting you just speaking from experience, I must have bothered DJ a million times asking can I use this with this, or this with that, can I eat this or can I eat that. :) , however im now more responsible with the checking of Bloodwork, listening to what he says, applying it and reaping the reward of all my effort.

After all the stuff I was one Im feeling 100%, the cheat meal on Sat keeps me motivated.
All I did was follow a good PCT, used green tea, pro-oxidin, did a colon cleanse (With the powder)
Then used 5 day detox kit by Solal.

the reason your immune system is stuffed is because your body is starved, that with the increased hunger is a sign to show u that u are over doing it,this will also slow down the metabolism. recovering from this with the solal thyroid support will help as well as getting your calories to a balanced level and of balanced food, try and stay away from shakes and try and make those 6 meals whole foods such as chicken, stea, eggs, white fish, add veggies to all the meals too as u might be lacking in some vital fiber to keep your bowel moving. gets some psylium husk aswell/colon clense to take aswell 1 table spoon morning and night to get your bowel moving, being constipated for too long can cause a build up of toxins in the system so i have read so getting rid of waste products is essential. now also drinking loads of water will help flush the kidneys. as 00pump said getting a detox kit will also help.

i have been diagnosed with hypothyroidsm. Despite blood tests showing im in the normal ranges, the specialist says my reflexes are a bit off, and my throid antibodies are not passing through my body like they should be (i just smile and nod-no clue what that means) so im on T4
eltroxin. 0.01mg x 1 a day
One blood test showed super high insulin LEVEL 35. the next one i had said i was
normal LEVEL 3. So im on Glucophage to be safe (1 a day)

I am eating very clean!

75ml oats and whey

chicken and baby marrows

whey shake

chicken and baby marrows

whey shake - post workout

chicken / fish and 1 cup green salad or green veggies

cardio : 45min every morning
weights in the evening

I CANNOT lose weight!!!! what are my options? Doctors cant help!
i have not dropped a single kilo in 5months!!!

im putting the work in but not seeing results!

Get them to test for reverse throid... There is a way of testing it that a decent doctor will know, your thyroid will look normal in blood tests but there is a certain test they will need to perform...

You have no idea what ive been through :( searching the net, seeing numerous doctors,
specialists! i want to scream.... all useless!

i went to dr ray moore (supposedly the best in durban)
im not convinced that he can diagnose me with hypothyroidism just by testing my reflex my arm went up fast and down slow. LOL...

can you recommend a good doctor?

There is a test for rt3,basically your thyroid levels will look normal from blood tests but if rthe ratio is out (t4 amount /tsh amount = a certain number that will indicate rt3) then you will suffer from reverse t3,not many doctors know to test for this. You shouldn't be taking any stimulants or fat burners right now...

and for the record...... ive been clean for 4-5months.
detoxing.... selenium, solal burnout, spirulina, vit c

Do you think T3 could have messed up the normal function of my thyroid , causing hypothyroism?
I did not exceed 2 a day.... split doses during contest prep.

i wouldnt say im fat... but im not lean! I still have muscle, but it looks as if im holding alot of water. Its very strange.

is it too dangerous for me to take a fat burner (heat) and T3 as aposed to T4?
I have no faith in T4 ....

Go and have the test I have suggested! Its the only thing that would explain what's going on and its worth a shot trying it out,if u have rt3 a doctor will know how to fix it.

ok, cool....
im off everything, and i feel great!
it was hard to adapt to not taking any stimulants.
But i honestly feel so much happier...despite being sad about my body at the moment.

do you think stimulants that increase metabolism will confuse my body even more, as well as interfere with my T4 which is already trying to assist my metabolism to increase?
Is that why i should avoid them?

Rather just stay away from them untill you know for sure what is wrong with u, low carb and calorie dieting will affect your thyroid more than stimulantsm
