How much weight have you lost already? And would you mind sharing some of your training tips meaning weightlifting compared to cardio?
How do you approach weight training to spare muscle? Do you train heavy and hard? Or light and more reps?
Thanks Pyro

And how do you approach the carb up meal or don't you do card up?
What's the take on l-glutamine on Keto to prevent further catabolic state?

Thanks.
Might be superfluous, or even damaging towards ketosis. The leucine content will be so high, plus with the insulogenic (sp?) nature of whey, insulin influence is guaranteed. I'm inclined to say BCAAs best place is in IF. I honestly think you can omit the BCAAs entirely.

Really go and have a close look at your total protein per day and make sure you are taking no more than 1.5g per Kg lean body mass.
Too much protein on Keto is not a good thing and actually counter productive

I love liver, but you mentioned using it in a shake...? Is that raw liver/ cooked liver? Do you mean putting it through a blender... Sounds horrifying... Lamb of Beef?

I use the raw beef liver through a blender with broccoli and milk. I do only use 100g at a time though and cut it up in cubes and wash thoroughly under hot water. I don't use more than 200g a day
You can braise or grill it what ever tickles your fancy I blend raw washed liver it is a risk I take but like I said it is from friends that farm cattle not for mass production so Hormone free. If you can not get it from a trusted source go with Lamb Liver from a butcher
Not going to sugar coat it... The way I use it is not the nicest on earth no. But it is camouflaged nicely by a strawberry whey.
Braised or grilled liver would be better for taste I think. Blend the raw river and add the paste to mince can also hide it if the taste is too strong

No carb ups ever. Forget the glutamine.

Absolutely unnecessary.

Man up and take a swig
Dr. Ershoff took three groups of rats and fed them controlled diets for a twelve week period. Group one ate a basic diet fortified with vitamins and minerals. Group two ate as much as they wanted of the same diet plus B vitamins and brewer's yeast. Group three ate the basic diet but had 10% desiccated liver added to their rations. Then the doctor placed the rats one by one into a drum of water, out of which they could not climb. Therefore, it was either swim or drown. The group one rats swam an average of 13.2 minutes before they all drowned. Group two, an average of 13.4 minutes. Group three, however, were still swimming at the end of two hours, at which time the experiment was concluded.

Desiccated liver makes you buoyant. Great....

I did mention it would be better grilled or braised...
Gram for gram it is a very nutrient dense protein and amino acid source.
