Am I making a mistake, combining a keto diet and shortcuts to shred from body building.com?
It seems high intense weight training?
Any advice?
I'm not your guy, buddy.
This seems to be a topic of great debate. I feelthat high intensity cardio is to be avoided but weight training on the other hand is different. I feel weight training is extremely anabolic in nature and you won't lose muscle as long as you are training to failure.

Generally keto calls for long periods of steady state cardio, to 1. Preserve Muscle and 2. Because energy levels are low.
As for resistance, you want to deplete glycogen stores completely. So train hard...
Then refeed like a beast, to do it all over again!
When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

The shortcuts to shred its a resistance training program that incorporates cardio exercises between your sets for 1 minute. Maybe you've seen it on bodybuilding.com. its structured in a way that, in some weeks you do heavy lifting low reps and in some, light weight high reps. The cardio can be anything, battling ropes, kettle bell swings, bench step ups, jogging in place etc for a minute. But i will do the program and i will share my experience with it.

Pyro
According to Jim, the program is designed to help with the the reduction of bf. I have looked at his suggested meal plan and i was just experimenting with the training plan and a keto diet. But did not go far with the training program. I learned that with keto, training should be low intense to preserve muscle loss.
Thats why i was concerned about this style of training. I thought i knew what kind of training should i follow for my goal. i know i should do long low intense cardio, but as for weight training thats when i decided to check bodybuilding.com

Like Pyro. No homo. Marvelous advisePyroclasm wrote: Welcome Tazz. A diet means nothing if you don't understand it. Which option is better when counting/calculating calories and weighing food.
1. To count everything as raw then put it on myfitness pal?
2. Cook everything then weigh after?
All in all which option is most accurate?

As long as you specify your option you should be fairly accurate.
I prefer raw/dry Weights purely because I find it easier
