Yes that is a good idea, better for your health and then a lot more money to spend on food.also hunger can be a sign of dehydration, so if u sinking tons of water to keep yourself hydrated then u possibly won't be as hungry

Been wondering if I can or should do a course of Anavar, Ive done a bit of reading on it on the site and the fat loss sounds really good which is what Im after right now, the increase in strength also sounds really good.

Is this something I could consider now? or wait a month or 2 when my body is stronger, being hitting the gym 6 days a week for the last 7 week, week 8 starts tomorrow

I have a pricelist with me and price seems pretty good.

May I post a price on this site with out saying who the source is?

Ive been told my visural fat is number 5???

Thoughts?

No discussion of prices, we are very strict on that. I encourage you to read the rules of the forum, there aren´t many.

Anavar does burn visceral fat to a degree yes,but as you were told many times diet is the key
You cheated recently which means you can't stick to a diet consistantly yet. First work on that for a while before doing Var. Trust me the results without chemicals will be amazing if you just stick to an eating and training plan.when it starts slowing and getting difficult then start considering that, but you can accomplish way more without the use of chemicals right now

Bud as lift has mentioned no drugs yet. I have told u to cut back on the number of work outs and put more effort into each work out. U are looking for a quick fix which doesn't work! Diet for at least and i am not joking here 6months. Diet alone! No stimulants, no fat burners, keep a record of your work outs and make sure u better them each week. Cut back on the number of work outs all together as u only grow when u are recovering. U have already drop 2kgs or so by eating more and stoking your metabolic rate, so carry on for 6months naturally before u consider any anabolics or thermogenics. The best way to describe your situation is u wanna be a formula 1 driver but u haven't even learnt how to drive. Get your learners(diet and training in check) get your drivers(tweak your diet once your training is getting better) then get your advanced drivers( add in fat burners and muscle building supplements) and then consider taking the test to be a formula 1 driver. Remember it takes time to get to know your body and things don't happen over night. Remember if u wanna loose weight chop off an arm. If u wanna loose fat that takes time with diet and training. Building decent muscle happens over time once the previous steps are done correctly. Then after 6-12 months then consider steroids

As lift and dj said,, but I'll add...

Doing var at your bf is going to be highly disappointing. Sorry to say.. For var to really be effective you need to be sub 10%.

Or else you going to learn a very expensive lesson...

My gf and I read the replies together as I tell her everything with regards to my new sport, she laughed her head off at the replies as I read them to her, she loved the whole, chop off a arm line.

No its not what I wanted to hear, but then again, I wanted sound advice which is why I asked as I know no better...

Im struggling at the moment as 40 mins after a meal I start to get anxious and feel like I need to eat something, when time comes to eat and food is not yet ready I start to lose my sense of humour and get a bit short with everyone.

Im following the diet well during the week but am struggling on weekends

I'm also feeling smaller on my shoulders than a week ago, I felt and looked bigger

Also I have noticed my BPM is idle at 90 which is higher than normal and doing cardio this weekend doing HIIT, it would spike to 180 most of the time.

U need to set yourself goals so that stay strong over weekends. Also I have a feeling u are dealing with dehydration that's why u are a little hungrier than usual. U weren't suffering this badly with lower calories so to say it's this bad and it hasn't been a full week seems to be mental more than anything else.

dude control your mind, and your body will follow..

stick to your diet for a solid 3-4 weeks and then reassess. you will be shocked at the results if you true to it. that will in turn give you the motivation to carry on and keep at it.

you say you felt bigger then a week ago, nothing much would of changed to be honest, and you don't wanna be the "big" fat guy at gym, if it jiggles its fat...

like i said, you might feel smaller, but ull look bigger, its a mental thing. up your water intake, sometimes your body can easily get confused between hunger and thirst, and 80% of the time its craving hydration. keep a bottle of water with you, drink it constantly, always helps

get your head right and push through, its not magically going to happen, no matter what you inject or take.

If u are absolutely starving add in another protein and fat meal. Solid protein though. Same ratios as the last 2meals of the day.

Thought about his now while I was out on the bike collecting something...

If I add another meals, my total cals for the day are going to increase, which brings me back to one of my last questions, sorry for the repeat, just need some clarity

If I now start eating 3000 cal a day
and I burn off 1000 in cardio and gym
then my total for the day will be 2000
and I need 2000 for my RMR

Will I still lose body fat, weight?

The answer to your question is yes. When u calculate your calorie intake u use a multiplier which takes into consideration the calories u burn during training. So if u bmr is 2000 for example and u are doing 650 calories in the gym and eating 2650 calories u will maintain weight for example. Thats to maintain weight. The way u create a calorie deficit is by eating less or training more(cardio) so if u arent doing cardio and just training and eating, then u are either 1 eating less than u need,2 training really hard to bring u into a calorie deficit. So right now what I am suggesting is by cutting back on cardio, and only training and dieting, u can see where your calorie intake is, if u are loosing weight and fat and not doing cardio then u are in a sweet spot. If u want to loose faster then add in cardio to make the deficit bigger. But right now at 2650 calories with 0 cardio and still loosing weight and fat i would be happy with that personally. U want to use cardio as a tool when diet and training have stopped producing a result.
