Any headaches with the EQ?

Some days my head pounds, others I just wake up with a pip ache that fades away.
Always at the back of my head; occipital tuberosity.
Gets worse if I bend forward.

Checked blood pressure each time and it's been on the money 120/80!!

No headaches at all on the equi - not one after 20 weeks bro.
You suffer badly?

Have had virtually no sides to my equi cycle at all. But not much size either lol

The headaches have got better with time.
They're not debilitating, just irritating and makes training a grind.
At first I thought is was the remnants of flu, but I've been clear for 2 weeks now.

Also drinking a lot more helps, but that also means I'm up all night peeing

equi takes a shit long time to work properly, and you have to eat like a horse.

@Oupa

Oupa quick question about equi.
We both agree that equi is a good compound with fewer side effects than Deca.
But considering it takes so long to really start working its magic in the system, would it not be a good idea (considering the fewer sides) to inject 500mg twice a week? Or would you advise continuing at 250mg twice a week in future cycles?

Thanks Oupa.

Viva Superdrol viva!
Great chest workout this morning!

Bench was a new level for me:
Warmup set - 12x 80kg
2 sets at 110kg (new pb!) - 5 and 3
3 sets at 100 - 8/5/3

The size not there yet but damn boys, the strength will soon change that shit. Appetite up too.

Congrats mate! Stop tempting me Nate! ;)

The itch with TRT is the possibility of going on any AAS any time without stress. Sdrol sides sound too harsh for me. Nate it sounds like you hardly suffer from sides if AAS.

Can you compare your overall weight gain from start of cycle to now? Cheers mate.

Haha.
Thanks for the kind words bro.

My overall weight this cycle is only up 4,5 kg, but that is mostly due to not eating enough.
I have addressed the diet issues and added the superdrol. We see what happens over the next month.
I have a 40 day bridge planned.

Superdrol update:

In terms of strength, I have never used a better product.

However you definitely have to substantially increase carb and water intake or you feel very flat most of the day.
My workout is epic but it takes a lot to get myself started.

I think the biggest Sidey is physical tiredness. Feel the need to sleep all the time. Hectic.

What do you think it is in superdrol that causes the tiredness?

Hey Nate, really trying to think how one can combat the Superdrol lethargy. I'm thinking what I'll do (not planning on using Sdrol though).

So in the gym itself tiredness is not a problem? Does it affect your endurance? Like can you complete your lifting routine at same intensity as before and have the same amount of exhaustion?

My approach:
1. Give a prolonged break for caffeine before sdrol cycle, then on sdrol use caffeine as normal. That includes omitting stimulate based pre-workouts.
2. DMAA and schinzadrol-A based pre-workouts give me focus like a lion hunting a gazelle.
3. Use melatonin and GABA on sdrol.

If I knew the mechanism that Sdrol makes you tired I'd be able to figure a way to counter it, but alas fairly new to it.

Just musing Nate. High jack over.

I have never really looked into it, but my liver tests showed its **** toxic.

I get very much the same tiredness from IGF-1 LR3, but not as bad.

As Oupa said, the tiredness and lethargy is very common with superdrol. I know pros who can't go over 30mg without feeling like crap and I actually don't know anyone who hasn't felt like a zombie stepping above 30mg of legit superdrol. More than likely the liver toxicity which is causing it.

@Hormonas
Thanks bro. I think maybe you right about the toxicity. Will definitely not go over 30mg a day and definitely not longer than a month.

@Oupa
Thanks oups. The tiredness is pretty intense today. Too an alzam to try brighten the mood a bit and get through the day.

@Furk
Thanks for all the great feedback and advice my bro. I always appreciate your advice.
The intensity of my workout is definitely not affected. If anything the extra strength allows me to either add reps or weight. Makes you feel freaking strong.
Its just really difficult to get started. It does maybe have an effect on getting to muscle failure.
What is GABA my bro?

Shot guys,

Nate

" GABA is the 'downer' neurotransmitter that counters glutamate (upper), as the two mediate brain activation in a Ying:Yang manner. Highly important in the brain, oral ingestion of GABA is complex due to its difficulty in crossing the blood brain barrier."

Sorry for quick crappy definition, look what Google has to say, I'm sure you'll find it more educational. Also, it's *supposed* to help HGH release in sleep, that's why you'll find it in many "testosterone boosting" or "anabolic" supplements. Never used it before but I've read good reviews for deeper sleep.

Cycle update:
Cycle done. Onto the bridge - 40 days.

Strength is good.
The test prop is an easy pin, and the superdrol is awesome despite the lethargy.

Will take an update pic or two when its a warm day. And don't worry - I'll wear pants! Lol

Hi guys,

So I won a poker bet for 20k and thought I would use it to stock up towards a future cycle. This is what 20k looks like:

(1) 15,000mg of alpha pharm test enanthate
(2) 12,500mg of alpha pharm equipose
(3) 3,000mg of alpha pharm test prop
(4) 2,500mg of alpha pharm DECA
(5) 4,000mg of anavar
(6) 1,800mg of superdrol
(7) extra 1,000mg vial of test prop
(8) 2,000mg of dianabol
(9) 2,500mg of proviron
(10) 20,000 iu's of HCG
(11) 4mg of dostinex
(12) 1,500mg of tamoxifen
(13) 100 insulin needles
(14) box of 100 glute syringes
(15) 500g BCAA's
(16) 2kg of optimum nutrition whey

Is it wrong that I get excited just looking at it?

And a R20,000 poker pot?

And why buy the most expensive whey on earth?
