You'll have health issues irrelevant of the way you got there. Being "big" comes with cons. If you just want to weigh 100 kg and be healthy you only need one cycle or two. Depends on your goals. A physiological dose of test eg 70mg weekly won't kill you (maybe just keep you from having kids) a reason why young guys shouldn't.

I don't think those word can be put together in the same sentance...

remember... making chronic changes to your to your hormonal system is begging for chronic health issues

Remember there are those fortunate guys who walk around with naturally high Test. Then there are those of us with lowish test. TestE at 110/week will add up and in most cases land you in the upper quadrant of Normal test levels.
Now lets say you had that anaway and since you train you take some Animal Test etc. That pushes your test up even further - all natural right? But your test is through the roof.

All i want is a fighting chance. Did some heavy cycles in the past and cruising quite happily on 250TestE/week. Feeling great.

I would definately not recommend what i am doing to any young man out there. I have Grand children and the tubes are cut so no more kiddies for me. I'm doing all this under GP supervision as well.

@jack how often do you go for checkups? And how does it affect your colestrol? Personally any form of test you can buy over the counter is a load of k@k to me. Supplement companies cashing in on stupid people. I'd rather inject myself every week then I know exactly what my test levels are (regular checkups and bloods done naturally) and my mood will be better as well. Its kak the first while you do your pct, feel down lol

I don't know if I'm understanding this correctly, are you saying that there is a healthy way to use steroids non-stop for a year. All I say to that is "bullshit". It's medically proven through numerous test studies on athletes using steroids that the body needs time to recover and stimulate the HPTA to prevent any long-term natural test production problems - every steroid user should know this. Speaking from experience I would say 20 week cycles max. Any longer and its not just the HPTA problems you have to worry about, its also liver, kidney, thyroid, heart that can permanently get damaged. I personally feel my body taking strain with >20week cycles.

No, not what we are saying. We are saying taking 1g test weekly with maybe some equi or primo for 12 weeks then just cruising at 250mg or so for 12weeks. With regard to the hpta shutting down, its "acceptable" because you'll be running a physiological dose weekly anyway. Like a diabetic that has to use slin

Diabetics take slin because they have a deficiency

Unless you have a test deficiency running a "physiological dose" between cycles is going to have its fair share of consequences. I can tell you now that 250mg test/wk WILL shut you down.

Any additional supplementation of hormones to the body's natural supply is going have some long-term effect. The body is very fragile and its levels of chemicals, enzymes, hormones etc are balanced in such a way as to ensure normal functioning. It is a physiological phenomenon that the body will try maintain a state of homeostasis if external chemicals (hormones) are administered for long-periods of time. In other words if the body is given an additional supply of test on top of its natural amount, the body will eventually adjust itself to maintain the 'natural' level. If the external test is taken away after a long period it will throw everything out of balance and the body will never recover - even at low dosages of 250mg/wk.

We take steroids because we want to. If you cycle you put hormones in your body you technically do not need. Yes, it will shut you down, most probably but that is besides the point. If you get shut down you just supplement with testosterone. Won't be expensive... Pin half a ml once a week. No big deal. So even if your body never recovers, and that's an if because its the absolute worse case you have to supplement from test from then on. That doesn't bother me... The long term effects are debatable. Arnie and the other bodybuilders from the 70's were on cycle basically non stop. They didn't know about pct... That bastard got his maid pregnant even after years of "abuse". Give that man a bells.

"give that man a bell" hahaha

I don't see why you would want to be on test supplementation all your life....ya at half a ml every week for the rest of your life I'm sure you won't notice that you shut down. It will be half a ml for a while then your body will build a tolerance and need 1 ml then 2ml etc. I'm happy keeping doing it by the book, I really don't want to be 60yrs old and still pinning test...but each to their own.

Cycle history:6 cycles
First three was test only cycles, 500mg,750 and 900mg respectively. All frontloaded with dbol. First one was at 18. Forth was 900mg test e with 700mg equi, 5th was the same. Last cycle was oral winny, prop and anavar. Followed all cycles with proper pct. Diet wasn't 100% when I did my first, after that it was much better. Not planning on doing the "on cycle year round thing" yet. After I have a child I will definatly tho. I know the dosages were a little high and I started too soon, but what's done, is done :)

show me a guy that is 116kg with 12.5% bodyfat, and ill show you a liar lol. I don't regret any of the cycles I have done, I can add more weight too. If I hit 25 ill start hitting cycles that contain tri-anabol and sust or deca, equi and test.

Most of the guys on juice look worse than some natural guys tho. I don't think I have used a lot of gear. Its still my dream to run 3g of test one day. Just not in the near future.

Lol I do. It responds well to test. But that's in the future. It still responds well to lower dosages. If I continue cycling the way I am doing, its inevitable. I wonder what's the highest dose anyone on the form has pinned? Lol doubt anyone will really be honest when it comes to that

The heaviest cycle I've ran was 900mg enanthant with 700mg equi. So that's 1.6g in total. For 14weeks. Personally know a few of the top bodybuilders (in sa) and believe me those guys aren't afraid to pin. Was in cpt a while back on holiday and hooked up with one of them for a training session or two. He stays a few houses from family I have there, to make a long story short, was over there, he pinned 3ml test and 1ml equi. Said he does that twice a week on the cycle he was on. So that's 1.8g test and 600mg equi weekly. Also on slin and 8iu's gh daily (7days a week) I also know he has had gyno surgery before.

Funny thing, when I asked him why he pins gh 7 days weekly and not 5 on then 2 off he said that the only reason someone would do it is as an excuse to cut costs.

Crazy cycles... He ran that cycle for like 24 weeks, don't know if he upped the dosages after the first 12.

True that. If the label says take 2 I'll take 4  but hey, after each cycle the results get worse (deminising returns) so I can see see why people run dosages that high. Not there yet tho, and it won't be anytime soon bud. :)

Most test I have used is 700mg/week I have a family and want to be here for them as long as the Lord allows. Everything in moderation Jakes, as you get older you learn this the hard way, in my case. I agree with Stu on this one and most others, give the body time to recover. You may end up unlucky and living till 80 with the diseases to cope with because of abuse
