Just for interest sake, a research paper compared different diets (high fat/ high carb/ high protein/ isocaloric) while looking at metabolism, nitrogen loss, acidity, and change in body weight in people taking DNP. They concluded, "Dinitrophenol, used in doses of therapeutic range, caused increases in metabolism of the usual magnitude irrespective of the type of diet."

So as I understand, extreme heat sensation is therefore not indicitve of effectiveness.

I woke up with a shit sore throat and a puffy ass face like im on anap or dbol it's like swelling but like there's no pain or anything...it's nothing major its just my fave never bloats like ever only once on my very first cycle 3 years ago

Chug water and avoid sodium (soda, tinned food, premade seasonings, etc)

Im prepping I only drink water I messasure the sodium in my food and I don't have sauces or anything that's why it's so weird..it cleared up now just my face seems sucken in around the eyes but it looks like I have cheeks and I've never had cheeks since I was like a teen

Well water retention always sneaks up through the night. Cause you don't continually hydrate and urinate I suppose it holds onto what it has. I guess just down some water tonight before bed, if you wake up to go peepee so be it.

Happens to me since I started TRT if the night before I had too much sodium (usually from sweeteners).

Only place I know that stocks. Funny thing is, even though Rich can be a joke sometimes, the 5% line is actually really legit. They just really need to work on packaging, looks like a school kid did the labels.

Xtreme nutritions prices are probably the lowest on most supps they say they will beat any price in SA i got some 'all day you may' and 'kill it' from them definitely one of the better pre workouts out nice pump on it.

If you dont come right there 'the supplement smits' are the main distributor in SA their details are on facebook.

Hey guys I've been getting these really hectic chest pains or cramps on the left side of my chest I checked my heart rate it's a lil high..on Sunday I experienced a really sharp pain like something pierced my heart but never think much of it till now

Over the counter motion sickness and allergy medication with a side effect of drowsiness - works a treat. It's cheap too, around R40 for 30x25mg tablets.
