Hey Lex,

First of Jerry Ward knows what he's taking about and unlike lots of other YouTube channels, you can trust he's advice.

Second, do you understand how DNP works? The more carbs you eat, the hotter you'll get. For about up to 3 hours after ingestion. So don't eliminate them 100 percent.

Lastly, I'm not sure if taking the DNP before bed will be more beneficial than any other time, but it's certainly not dangerous. But taking on a empty stomach usually causes nausea. Maybe that's why?

Thanks furk I usually eat my last meal 1 hour before bed so it's not really on an empty stomach...
Jerry stated to go into full keto ? Like what bostin Lloyd did...also I came off primo the only think im on right now is 600mg of test ? So chances are I would still spare some muscle hey

Latest I've heard using DNP will result in weight loss with a fat to muscle ratio 9:1. But my source couldn't cite anything to support, so in all honesty I've no idea.

What's your daily carb intake bud? Also, a nice precaution is to have a bag of ice in the freezer, ready to go for an ice-bath if needed.

Ja, if the doctor sees that he'll tell you you've got a fever lol. Isn't that carb amount a bit on the high side? Anyway, you have the freedom to adjust if the heat becomes unbearable.

The faster you become fat-adapted the better you'll feel. There is a carb "sour spot" that you can hit that your body still wants to use carbs but can't find any, so you tend to ge hypoclycemic and/or feel really lethargic.

Maybe have some post workout, but keep it low enough not to boil. I'm not sure how the carb content affects the efficacy of DNP, if the heat is directly related to fat loss.

Well there you go mate, I guess just zero the carbs well before bed. I've read pineapple is a good choice on DNP, something to do with a digestive enzyme, can't remember the details.

Cutting carbs cuts insulin levels. Insulin is essential for conversion of T4 into T3. More T3 = higher body temperature and faster metabolism. Carbs essentially boost the thyroid to raising body temperature.

OMW I just clicked why heart races if I eat carbs on T3! I've always thought it was just coincidence haha. Thanks MA.

But your hormones take a knock on DNP, lots of guys take supps for thyroid "PCT" after a DNP cycle. But still, unless your taking super amounts of T3 the carbs won't play such a big role. That's why carb refeeds exist, establishes a lot of function down regulated by calorie restriction. Leptin anyone?
