can someone tell me how one stays in the gym for only 1 hour during leg days?
is 1 minute rest between sets enough? (and of course 2-3 mins for sqauts and leg press)

All my workouts are in the range of 50min if i include abs. Only my back workout creeps over the 60min mark

1 Hour MAX!! If I train longer than that I know I was screwing around. Even legs day. You don't need to do every exercise in the book per bodypart

I spent about 2hours everyday in the gym the last month.

That's 50min cardio, 40min weights and 15-20 on abs.

I lost 8kg of unwanted bf, but cutting down on the cardio as I'm looking to build some lean muscle!

Hahahaha true, i guess there are alot of variables to keep in mind, reps, roids, diet etc. Best is go with what your trainer suggests, if you dont have one i would go into gym with a goal in mind, say you want to do 3 compund exercises with 3 sets each heavy. And 2 shaping exercises with 3 sets each moderate weight. Thats what I normally do bro, find what work for you but dont overtrain. Train smart not just hard ;)

PS: Use cortisol lowering supps if you prefer longer sessions, high dose vit.C, DHEA, mirtazapine, phosphatidyl serine,Eurycoma Longifolia Jack, Avena Sativa. Proviron.
And then you get the really heavy ones but dont fuck with them, they are VERY dangerous i just copied these compunds from shit i had found on this site...They are: aminogluthemide, metyrapone.

Lets go!

When I started weight lifting 3 years ago I usually spent an hour and half in the gym but the last year or so I find it hard to go over 60 minutes. Maybe I've finally got the intensity right? Maybe I've just become lazy. But around an hour mark I generally start zoning out and my body starts being difficult.
