Favorite body part to train and worst?

Thought it would be interesting to find out who enjoys training what and despises training something else. Or is it just 1 specific movement for the body part one doesn't enjoy.
For me, my favorite is shoulders and triceps
And my worst is lower back (dead lifts hurt my knees)
My worst movements are Squats and bent over single dumbbell row. The squat is just very painful with my knees.

Legs(Quads) have grown these last couple of months so they are becomming less of a pain in the arse - but they still rank lowest.

Legs on the other hand are the worst specially since i do them twice a weak because they legging behind the rest of the body. And as for which excercise i hate the most defintely squats, Its just such an all-body-taxing movement

Look ever at the rooster how it sticks its chest out, and when ever a guy walks past a hot girl, its like (buff up), hahaa, even if you not a bodybuilder.
That's why I think we love the results of chest

And probably Abs the least... just seems like such a mission to train them, and they cramp when i train them.
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Ja I agree with 00pump on that one the ,all oaks want a big chest and big biceps as well.
I think it has something to do with Arnold's look you know that big wide chest and huge defined biceps. That's the look that everybody wants these days i talk to in the gym.
You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.

Biceps and triceps are great too, those are the days i dont wanna leave the gym.
Legs used to be my worst but ive really started to enjoy it. Heavy squats and legpress makes me feel great.
Worst is definately back, laborious is quite the word. And my hands just kill from the grip
Um, but im scared of needles...

The days I look least forward to is chest and legs. Chest because it just refuses to grow and legs because it fairly taxing.

I can push so much heavier with legs than any other body part and the pump is just mind blowing.
also love chest.
@sspike and those who dislike back training... well, you need to work your wrists and forearms to improve your grip.
also, pick up some of those hand grips from a sports shop (that beeeeg warehouse one)
they're excellent.
