DJ lets say you are on 18-20% bf and get on a test and equi cycle. but you hit it with a clean keto diet. You will lose bf while getting some lean mass wont you. not major gains, but getting hard and stripping the stubborn fat?

And i am also going to run letro with cycle, but afraid of estro rebound and limpy dick :dry: the main thing why i chose the letro is its conveniency ( drops ) as i hate cutting up adex like a drug addict getting ready to hit a line! Dont you get adex in liquid form? all i can get my hands on is the 3 mg pills. One thing i haven't got the knowledge of is can it help to getting on the letro slowly like a pyriamid effect and tapering off. wont this help with estro rebound? :blink:

not at all dude,ketogenic diets are enough calories to maintain lean muscle mass,so u will maintain what ever u have whilst being in a low enough defecit to burn off fat,at the same time keto diets are not good for bulking cos as soon as u up your protein content to high your body will convert proteins into glucose through glucogenisis. so gaining muscle whilst doing keto is extremely difficult,and at 18% bf u are going to store any extra calories in fat cells over muscle cells any day of the week. if u suffer from estrogen related fat accumulation by adding a long ester test to the mix is gonna fuck your fat loss up big time.so what have we learnt? if u are above 12% get below 12% before bulking,if u are going to diet using a long ester test make sure u use arimadex.if you are trying to gain muscle and loose fat by eating to much and doing cardio u are just gonna be wasting your time...

Thanks DJ , I am not on a cycle want to start as soon as the bf is in place. Will the Aramidex be fine on its own with good results off cycle compared to a good fat burner? I am currently using HEAT and yes struggling a little bit.

Could I get any comments of clomid vs arim in this situation? Some broscience dude was saying I should rather use that but I am skeptical.
