I would split it like you said Michael, times that MCJ said are perfect.. You may have an issue sleeping first few days, maybe not. Everyone responds differenty to different substances.

Yeah I slept fine. Only after I added the clen did I start having probs. But like 00Pump said people respond differently to the same chemicals. Some or more sensitive than others.

Yeah search the forum and u will find it. Pump posted the ingredients. Its a blend of yohimbine, caffeine and other shit. Not sure of how much of what. And yes its worth it. Very good product IMO

Thanks Pump! I have searched the forum. How do you suggest one take it? Cycle it 5 days on/2 days off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or just take it daily?

Just use it daily, no need to cycle it, however saying that it is advisable to give it a break, that way you don't land up hurting your body

Dj mentioned once clen/yohimbine/adex together to be a very good fatburning combo.

starting taking two tabs since yesterday, one at 4h20 and the other yesterday afternoon at 12h30, sweating extremely and could not fall asleep untill 01h30 this morning after taking two betasleeps at 21h00. at around 23h00 starting feeling shit was awake but could not keep my eyes open(sounds weird but was not asleep. Was up again at 03h45 and trainned at 05h00 this morning, its hectic!!! not tired not hungry, must force myself to eat and only had two hours sleep. :ohmy:
