Taste: 8/10 Flavour is very unique and actually very nice. I have also tried the blueberry, think this is better.

Pump: 5/10 I don't get much pump at all

Focus: 8/10. Good

Energy: 10/10. I was jamming in my car on the way to gym, nuff said.

Strength: 7/10. Hard to say, cause I'm on juice

Other notes: Comes with one grip strap and a taste pack of another flavour, I got Ferocious Orange, haven't tried it yet. The strap is cool but only can really use it for dumbbell rows, need another one for two-arm exercises (good marketing ploy...forces you to buy another one, bloody agents)

Overall: 8/10. It comes in 3rd in my books, after Muscle Marinade and Jack3D

Whey Isolate by BSSA - very good quality whey isolate by Glambia imported from US (contact Ondier for orders)
Mixes well
Don't have to much...I poured a whole lot without measuring and I felt nauseous and faint, wasn't lekker
Tastes really good with 1/4 skim milk and rest water.

Springbok pharmacy only deliver to Joburg and surrounding areas, Pretoria, Gauteng South and Witbank. These boys are van die Kaap af.

@Link Pharmacy/Stu won't running a PWO supp oncycle mess with your BP?

@DG: I am one of the fortunate few who don't get high BP on cycle. Went to the doc last week and he tested my BP and it was perfect. The stims in the PWO do raise BP so one has to be very careful. I also have very little sodium in my diet which does help with BP.

@dryden: No its not a bottle opener, just a funky keyring that serves no purpose

I'm a Jack3d man myself (along with half of weight lifters world wide it seems) but I did buy Hemo Rage Black about 3 months ago on recommendation of a friend. I had the grape-something flavour.

It wasn't bad honestly. Best tasting PWO I've ever had. What I did find on it, was that my endurance improved greatly but my pumps not so much. So cardio after an hour session with the weights was a breeze. Focus wasn't too bad either.

It's better than NO Rage/Blast and NO Xplode IMHO. But these things are all subjective. I liked it and will get it again to change things up a bit. You might take it and feel nothing...

test if you haven't tried jack3d. get it

I've only used it for two training sessions so far so take this review with a pinch of salt. It says you must take it everyday even on non-training days, would not recommend that is that would only increase your tolerance to the stuff. So far, so good and at R500 for just over a kilo of the stuff it seems like a bargain so far

Protip: If you use a shaker like the one below, be sure to leave the cap open and only swirl the mix around. 1st few times I shook it with the cap closed, forgot that the NO is a gas and will excpand, and then BOOM!!! Liquid everywhere :lol:

I found the Evox Muscle Punch too sweet. The portion size is also too big to get down. I prefer Jack3d, but u build up a resistance as well so u have to take a break from time to time.

@ DG: The NO Xplode has like a build up phase. i used the NT version, it did nothing for me on the first day, but by my fifth serving (on 5th session), it was flipping rocking me... the normal No xplode has the same effect, just used 1.5 scoops.
