Aggg, dude, I don't know about any of those things (mass builders, this shake that shake)... I tried so many different things and who knows what really works and doesn't... To be honest I find white bread the best thing for me post workout with a whey shake even add honey on the bread.

Haha seriously man, there is so much trash talk out there that I really don't know anymore.

Hard Mass seemed to be good option with the WMS, but then DJ shows up with one article, and we're back to square one.

Whey and Dex seems to be the one, and only option.

bro honestly u should only be having carbs 3 times a day even when bulking, breakfast, pre work out and post work out...the rest of you meals should be protein and fat meals, keep minimal fats around your work out and post work out and u will be set.

its high gi so white bread and jam and syrup will spike insulin and shuttle nutrients to your muscles..its low in fiber so its quickly absorbed,i just dont like the wheat and the yeast in there personally as i find it bloats me big time, hence the reason i try and stay away from bread products when i cheat...

I grinded oats is a coffee grinder and mixed that with whey for 2 mrp during the day last year and worked well - I just added some water although I was using a flavoured whey at the time but im sure LSJ's will work with a bit of sweetener/cocoa/coffee for flavour.

Its going to be 3 big meals if you ask me, especially if try to exceed 200g carbs a day. So DJ the for rest of the meals, can it just be whey and mac nut oil? Its not gonna last very long, my metabolism is in overdrive

I see that Fructose from Muscle Works only has a GI of 40, so can also be used for a MRP

Spike - Haven't you seen Huggy there yet? He's the guy with the measuring tape around the right bicep. LOL

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Your arms don't look like that? Then you have to start training bud......There is certain criteria that you have to adhere to stay on the site and the minimum size of the arm is on that photo. We got people coming to your office in a month to measure.

I am more than grateful for your diet and extra assistance. This transformation, although not finished yet, has changed my life drastically.

yeah i was having a look at the ON serious mass yesterday, good brand, but when i read the ingredients its just dextrose and waxy maize with a bit of whey... All for the low low price of about 700... and thats for 16 servings.!!! I think i'll make my own hey. Its easy to make a 1000 cal shake when u just using dextrose

Um, but im scared of needles...
