Thanks a lot Furk. If I'm planning on cutting out bcaas and whey I want to make sure I'm using the necessary sources for protein. Yoghurt and eggs fit my diet well because I make my whole food shakes with this.Furk wrote:

I'll tell you one thing IK, adding BCAAs to food is not the answer. Rich Piana is a fkkkn retard for suggesting milk + BCAAs is a whole protein. Milk is high in Glutamic acid and proline, eggs are high in leucine, that's all I can recall from memory. I'll give a proper answer and advice tomorrow mate.

lately i have been using supplement factory simply because it is just the protein and flavouring which is fine with me. they also have a berry flavoured whey isolate that i quite liked.
@ killa, the things with bcaa's is that we never fucking now what they are made of, a lot of bcaa is made from bird feathers and shit.
i have also considered just dropping all supplements, even whey

Are y'all saying that could be a sham? Should I steer clear from local brand?
Whey is so expensive that I feel ripped off if it's not legit.

And i have not gained a single KG in over 6 months i remain 78-80KGs. So in all honesty it might just be my body not wanting to pass 80KGs as much as i try....or something aint working.
Hmm 6 months and no weight gain? Wow that bites. Might be time to switch it up then. But if there's no weight gain that might mean they're lying about caloric content. That would hurt someone's macros if they are bulking especially if it's a big part of the diet.
There are some other brands on takealot. Ssn is priced well but this thread doesn't seem to speak highly of them.

I do the same to supplement calorie intake, since I started doing this and being on gear my feces and farts smell like something died, weight is doing up though.

Hey man, just remember - you are on gear which means your body doesn't really have a limit. Something is missing. Maybe start a new topic with your full diet so that the guys can help you out with improving your diet. If you're having a mass gainer/protein shakes a few times a day and 6 decent meals you should be growing... Even with 6 decent meals and no shakes you should be growing so let's see them!

If your body is changing for the better then I am in no place to tell you to change what you are doing! Keep it up man!
Anyways, back to the topic!
