Going in: Quad - Slooooow, Delt slow, Glute not too slow - Find what works for you.
Pulling out: interval - i have 3 steps. Feel it closes the gap behind the needle and keeps the blood/oil in.
I remember a time when i used to just pinch a chunk of muscle on muy quad and jab! Eish. Scary.
Worst is when you get blunt needles.

@DG: the speed with which you pin and remove does not matter as much, I believe, as keeping the needle stable. That's why I prefer injecting in the quads, because you are able to assist with your weak hand.

Deadgoat wrote: Yeah had a lot trouble aspirating as I had to reach around my body and it felt like I was gonna tear an oblique, the needle moved a bit and came out about a quarter of an inch then I pushed it back again and injected. Did glutes to avoid the quad pain I had last week, think I'll have to go back to quads after this ordeal
 Rib cramp!
You'll get used to the stretch.
use a mirror.
opposite hand reaches and pulls the skin(z-track). Same side hand jabs, aspirates and plunges slowly.
Easy. Remember - halfway into your glute is the sciatic nerve - you dont want to go near that so halve again and go to the outer quarter. Thats not too much of a rotation/stretch.

Hey bud, awesome to see you finally started and all the best, I really hope you get the gains you deserve my man. Why don't you hit delts instead of quads, the first time is a b*tch as its virgin muscle but then you get used to it. I alternate between glutes and delts.
That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

@JR did exactly what you outlined, but I injected halfway down the outer half as I felt there might be too much fat any higher than that and didn't want to accidentally inject subQ, not a problem?
@Dave thanks bro, think I'm done trying out new bodyparts to inject for now will just alternate between my right glute and quad. What's the issue with scar tissue forming? Never understood that

Strength gains have been abysmal though. My working set numbers (3-6 rep range) haven't changed at all and its only when I drop the weight to get to the 8-12 rep range has my strength increased a bit. Which means I'll have to do full on "bodybuilding" training for the rest of my cycle to get the best out of it and will have to reassess those strength goals I was after initially.
Have to be honest not quite the results I had in mind when I started the dbol, gains have been similar to what I get from creatine mono in terms of size and strength, recovery's been fantastic so far though

I wanna be big AND strong (bear mode) so I like going heavy but looks like that won't be possible so will switch to 6-12 reps full time now.
Finished my 5 day course of augmentum yesterday, swelling's all but disappeared and no pain at all. Will go to the doc later today and he'll most probably prescribe me some more anti-biotics to hopefully finish off the last of the infection. Still haven't done my shot for the week and its looking like I might only get to do it next week which I could pay for 4-5 weeks from now

Deadgoat wrote: Lol funny enough I usually put on 4-5kg of water on mono and add 5-10kg to my bench in a 4-6 week period, I honestly found it hard to believe that I'm the only one on this site who gets good gains off creatine

@Kyle you also frontloaded with dbol right, you get nothing from that size or strengthwise?
@iMan lol, quick Q what does everyone else generally gain from creatine? I genuinely believe its the best thing out there next to gear

Deadgoat wrote: @DJ currently at 3.3k, moving up slowly. Started the cycle at maintenance as I'd just come off a cut so thought that would be enough to get me started. Gonna be upping calories by 200 every week, don't wanna jump by 500 as at the end I'll be getting in about 6-7k which I doubt I can get down and I doubt will be justified by how much weight I've actually gained in that time

I agree it's great, but I don't really hold back water on it. How long do you cycle and dosage? Ondier's stuff?

mmm strange, why not switch over to CEE or you can even try Creapure perhaps. So you take about 7-10g a day, believe you do not need more than that. You say you pick up 4kg in 6 weeks, that a shit load

@Tippster cycle's going well test kicked in last week (about 24 days in) and strength is up repping 90kg and 210kg on shoulder press and deadlift which is good considering how much of a disappointment the dbol was strength-wise. Was unable to train this week do to re-laying of the carpet at the gym, thank you very fucking much UCT.
Weight is at 103kg as of yesterday (up 8kg so far), recovery is phenomenal but endurance not so much find I'm struggling to destroy the 2nd bodypart I usually train in my workouts. So far no side effects to talk of and even though I'm holding a bit of water nothing I'm not used to with creatine so far
