Deadgoat wrote: Will see about possibly throwing in the winny at the end, will look at this joint issue further. @Eidolon how many caps must I take per day, threw the box away and there's no instructions on the bottle
I've used Anavar, Winstrol and Anapolon all at 100mg/day.
Worst on joints was the Anavar - by FAR, then Winni. Anapolon was BEAUTIFULL! No joint issues at all.
Also at the end of a cylce and after Winni(couple of weeks off the orals inbetween).
Orals i'm done with and will never take again - Anavar, TBol, DBol, Winstrol.
I still want to do 6 weeks on anapolon at 100mg. Might be getting too old and especially now that the low dose/long term Primo/Test is working nicely i might never see harsh stuff like that again.

For back, reverse/underhand grip barbell rows to get the lower lats is needed also 8-12 reps to failure.

@JR thats weird so you'll never take tbol and var again but will persist with anapolon which alot of people struggle with its sides, goes to show that people react very differently to compounds. How bad was the joint pain on winstrol, were you able to push maximal weight or did you feel you had to save yourself?
@DJ have been trying something similar to that to up my volume these last few weeks as you're right my legs are seriously lacking, will ditch the strength routine as far as legs are concerned on cycle. Have also been neglecting my lower lats as I was scared of looking to narrow, will throw in the underhand rows after doing chin ups
Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Winny was not all that bad. Some liver cramps here and there and i could feel it in me elbows.
Var was BAD. And for a long time after.
I waited a long time to try Anapolon. I even had a container Pharma from 20 years back(Doc issued!) which i never used because i was too scared. I still am; but not of sides most people experience.
Its the sides you dont know of which scare me.

Or rather - the sides you dont experience immediately....
My fears always had to do with the liver toxicity. Thing is that all my liver functions improved. They showed that the liver was working but not at dangerous levels. Might be totally unfounded - in my case anyway - and i dont have one of the most unused livers out there.

@JR lol which makes it even more confusing as to why you'd still do it when you already have a smoked teabag for a liver?

Im currently frontloading with 60mg Tbol/day and i'm allready kakking with lower back pumps. I never had any issues with winni in the past and also anavar at 80mg/day for 9 weeks.
Had xrays taken a few weeks ago after a bad crash with my bicycle and the dr asked me if my shoulder gave me any problems before because there is massive calcification in the ligaments/tendons. Could this be from stuff like anavar or winni?

slooooowly......
Ive whacked my liver sideways in my life - yet, after doing 3 weeks each of Winny and Anapolon (almost back to back) my liver vales were normal. And improved in most areas.
Cant remember which value it was - ALT? was slightly elevated which it normally does on medicine so shows that it was working harder, but not as high as expected. Maybe due to 4 Legalon/day.
My liver looks 100% on sonar as well.
Even my lipids were a good couple of points for the better.

Deadgoat wrote: Did my 2nd injection this morning, pinned 2 ml into glutes got a bit of a fright when I pulled out and found blood, was only a few drops but felt like I was watching Kill Bill. Surprisingly weight is up 4kg so far (99kg) and not much to speak of in terms of strength gains, got 1 extra rep on inclines which is what I would've expected without gear anyway, got a really good pump though so hopefully things will start picking up soon.

No way dude this is all muscle
@Tippster how old are now and what you weighing these days?
Update: Pumps are great and strength is up on certain exercises (nothing on deadlifts but 5kg on preacher curls), lower back pump is a serious downer though, shit fucking sucks. Injection site (glute) has developed a tender lump and is fucking sore, hopefully will dissipate like the quad pain last week after 4 days

seriously consider adding in proviron. it makes such a huge difference! i wil never go on cycle without it. maybe add it in last few weeks.
as for the tender sites...eish. virgin muscle. rub the site gentlely after pinning for like 1 min. makes a huge difference! else u gona have a hard time sitting down. also jus inject slowly and keep in the needle in for like 3 sec after plunger is fully depressed. i find it prevents loss of blood and juice! take needle out slowly.
