hahahaha. THis has happened to me. In pharmacy we type the latin abbreviations to save time.
the correct shorthand for this is 1C TDS PO PC P&F but this pharm abviously typed 1C TDS PO PV instead of PC. Hence the massive Fubar. (C & V are next to each other on the keyboard.
Another one is PRN (pro re nata - as required) ofetn on the lable when I check it says PORN so have to quickly correct.
Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.
