Jack3d is from USP labs me thinks. It is what they used. I do promos for a certain sup company over weekends. After it got out that it was Jack3d...the sales on it JUMPED. haha. Its just another pre workout drink,nothing special.
More focus than pumps. Rated as a top creatine on BB.com.

any feedback on Spies being pulled out of the starting side all of a sudden..? He was man of the match, what last week i think..?

And now that chilliboy and basson have been sent home out of the blue spies is out of the starting line up, did he get an injury or are they scared of him being tested as well?

Just heard this from a mate last night who writes for rugby365 so i'm not sure how accurate it is, he is normally pretty clued up but he also hates spies haha
