there has been research recently that small amounts of alchocol actually spike up your test levels. Has no one ever woke up with morning glory after a drinking night. That being said bindge drinking destroys test levels. But if you are not a proffessional athlete i dont see why you cannot go out and have a few drinks especially if you are not in a relationship. Life is too short to just spend it infront of a tv every weekend night. But if you can go out and have fun without drinking well thats a bonus. That never worked for me.

Of course drinking boosts your test levels, that doesn't make it any what healthy. Drinking is the root to all evil.

so lesa why dont you inject some vodka into your glutes and let us know how it goes for you..
for me alcohol is a low class DRUG that causes women to become whores, men to become wifebeaters and causes more deaths per year than cocaine heroin and crystal meth combined.
sick thing is that there is scientific proof that alcohol is more habit forming and toxic than marijuana, that being said everything revolves around money and if you knew how much cash s.a breweries gives our government each year it would make you puke..

Come now pump, the root to all evil haha. I mean my father was a endurance athlete, and after all the fuss he just jogged every afternoon and did some weights in the morning. He has monstrous legs and even when we was 58 he looked 43, still in excellent shape. Strong as a ox. and his routine everyday was when he came back from jogging he had a beer straight, never used supplements or anabolics. and till this day he is in perfect health. He drinks atleast 3 beers every night. I am not promoting that drinking is all healthy. I myself drink on weekends, but when i am on cycle i stay completely clean. its hard not to on weekends with a rugby and braai i will have a few beers. Like you all say i am not one that wants to go and stand stage. I just train to get the body i want and maintain it. As it is my ego booster. It drives me, gets me positive and with all that i do better in my job, general relationship and ( skelm relationship :P ), normal living and being a human being. And surely nothing on this earth will beat a hard gym session in stress relieving.

I guess I must take what the bible says then, Matt 5:28-29 "If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell." And for me booze is the root to all evil, it makes me do things I would never do in my right mind. So I respect your opinion on it, you will not change mine so please respect it.

the problem is with people who take things to extreme. I was a proffessional athlete i a can go have a few drinks enjoy myself and run 15 kms at 7 the next day. Dont preach me bs please injecting vodka etc. I didnt say go get wasted become alchocolic get into fights and rape ppl. Habit forming bullshit is for addicts if you are an addict then ofcourse stay away from any substance that can be abused including steroids. I think yopu guys are taking things to extreme. Binge drinking is bad . few drinks at a party or a brai wont hinder you at all

agree to disagree, call the conversation quits, this is not productive debate.

hmmm. well i compete for fun, and i still have a few beers on the weekends. Maybe once every 2 months i'll drink enough to get a hangover... Believe me, in most cases i prefer not to drink so i feel 100% the next day, especially if im training the next day. Yes it does affect my bodybuilding as i battle to eat properly the next day, but this isnt the end of the world to me.
I like to relax around a braai with an ice cold beer or 4...
Maybe its the 8 years of being a student and the amount of drinking that went with that on a weekly and sometimes daily basis, but i will always enjoy a few beers on the weekend, and unless its enough for a hangover it doesnt effect my training.
Each to his own i guess

Um, but im scared of needles...

If you spent some time understanding what happened with Chris you will see they did an analysis and his brain is like that of 85 year old alzheimers patient due to the nature of wrestling and no evidence that shows it was due to steroids.

Yo dude no offence whats your point...

All there is speculation...he's brain was severely damage due to repecussions which made him unstable.
so even if the dude did not use steroids he may have still committed the same acts.

Nobody said he had alzheimers, only that his brain was like that of someone who has.. Please take what is being said in the current context.

Go to Steroid.com for some informative videos. Then go and do some research. If you still come to the conclusion that Chris Benoir killed his family because of a steroid then so be it. Come and convince us with your evidence and we will enter into debate but right now you are just some uninformed wanker comming here to stir.
