I've been overweight for a large portion of my life, granted i never did anything about it until about 1 year ago.
I've gone from a size 44 waist to a 36/38, weight at 103.5kg, in under a year.
This alone was just done by cutting out junk food, and eating the good things.
I have now started gym (3 months) and with this started taking the not so hardcore supplements from 'USN'
I've been taking the USN Diet Fule shakes in the morning and afternoons, having a normal meal at night. Along with this, 30mins before eating, i take 2x USN Phedra-Cut XT fat burners.
So here is the thing, i have not see much weight loss while on this for 2 months now.
This is why i have come to you guys, in hopes of obtaining some guidance in a eating plan and some good fat burners (i hear CLEN is good, but i don't know where or what brand to buy)
I've seen and heard of all these "12 weeks virgin for life" stuff and seen the 12 week pics .. and think "wow, wish i could do that" I know its not going to be a quick thing for loosing the weight and looking good, but with your guys help, i'm pretty sure it will be a lot quicker than what i am doing now.
Thanks for reading this, and hope to hear some thoughts and suggestions.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

>Cycle some HEAT or another similar fat burner that actually works to speed up results.

Ist off drop the fat bu7tner from USN ...with out the ephedrine it is`snt worth shit...USN in general around here hasw a really bad rap, you`ll be hard pressed to find anyone around here that will vouch for any of their products.
What kind of weight routine are you doing at the moment? I would recommend sticking to the basics which will include almost all combination exercises.Lots of dadlifts, squats, barbell rows, flat bench etc, forget about the isolation excersises till way down the line.
Increase your cardio. Put in some high intensity cardio if you don`t have any yet. HIT every second dy....wicked results...
Over and above that make sure your diet is in check. Remember its 80% diet and 20% diet. When talking diet I mean eating correctly not fasting etc. Cut out sugars, juices, visible fats etc....
good luck...

@Moose - are you saying that clen doesnt work or are you refering to usn's fatburner?
Clen works well if taking correctly> i was refering to USN's fatburner.

Anyways, they out the window and have been for about 2 weeks now. (Wanted to start off fresh with another fat burner)
Well, i do about 45mins of cardio each day, and also some weight's (machine, not free weights as i wobble! hahaha)
The guy has put me on a general work out, nothing big.
Sent DJ a message and just waiting to see what he can do for me.
Also, any good reputable place's i can order some clen or heat? I've seeing people calling this and that fake's or generics. I just want the good stuff.
Also, starting to gym twice a day from tomorrow. That should be good too i guess
Thanks for the feedback guys, really appreciate it

You should do the free weights as well, you only wobble because you haven't strengthened your core muscles enough but your stability will get better as they strengthenWell, i do about 45mins of cardio each day, and also some weight's (machine, not free weights as i wobble! hahaha)

Yeah, that's what the gym instructor told me.
I do free weights, like every 2nd day as to the machine weights. Its also safer, less people around on days i do free weights, saves them hospital bills

get a heart rate monitor...the readings from the treadmilss are not accurate enough. Anything less than about 300 calories is not considered a fat burning session. I honelstly believe people need to be more aware of the amount of calories they are burning in the gym as it is directly related to the amount of calories that you need to take in or not take in...

Not sure what im supposed to be feeling, although i've had a damn headache since Saturday afternoon and still have it now.
Hit the Gym tonight, and got home feeling like death, all light headed and stuff
The gym instructor was not too thrilled about my diet i decided to go on, says its really bad and does more damage than anything else. Could anyone give me some heads up on what the bad side of this diet is?
From trolling about this forum, it seems everyone has been on a Keto diet, and i have not seen anything bad posted.
(i guess there was no actual evidence that the keto diet made that one dude on the forums here, have type 2 diabetes)
What should i be doing to minimize the bad things that could arise from this diet?

I just wanted to know a few things, and I'm stopping for nothing! If things go good, and i hope they will, i wanna start building my body to the max!
Maybe enter in some comps, who knows. Years of training ahead, i know, but i cant stop looking at DJ's Before and after thread, that thread along! keeps me going. :woohoo:
I still feel the same though, the only thing i have is a headache, i don't feel any different, maybe its taking longer for me to latch onto this Keto diet
