not sure where you got the 2,25 Litre thing from bro...

I drink 1 litre upon waking up, another 1,5 during training, and 1 litre one hour after eating meals.

In the beginning you piss like a racehorse, but you get used to it and it aint so bad.

So basically, I detox and flush my system everyday.

each to his own i suppose...and no, my kidneys are 100% fine bud...remember assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

True what works for one person might not work for another...if u feel u have to drink that much water go ahead...The ratio i posted is a guidline on how much u should be drinking a day..if u want to exceed that no problem.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

where did you get your info from? Is it based on the fact that you are using AAS?

Here is a good article from Bodybuilding.com

You not drinking enough bud...also 1 Gallon water is about 3,8 litres...read the article below.

Water is needed for every single metabolic process, including protein synthesis. So if your training intensity is high, one of the simplest things you can do for your body is to drink more water.

Got the info from my cousin who is studying to become a dietition(spelling)...

This is for any person that is a human being as i mentioned in my previous posts it for an every day person but if u using AAS it obvioulsy would be a good idea to drink a bit more because u need to flush out the kidneys to keep them good. Plus when training taking in fluids is a good idea so i think like i said 1 or 2 litres more wont be a bad idea.

Im not trying to say you wrong if you feel offended but 8litres in my eyes is a bit much but like i said if u want to take that much no problem.

:)

I drink about 4-5l per day and I feel 2l is not enough when you are training and using gear etc. The 8l mark might be a bit high, but I would rather drink more than too little.

You do know though that excessive drinking of water will supress the appeitite. Imagine 8 liters of water plus you are eating 6 meals with tons of protein etc. NOT easy at all. I think 8 liters is way too much

the only reason to much water is bad is due to the fact that is causes you to lose allot of minerals, yes there are other reasons / over hydrated, etc. you have an issue with your kidneys, drink 10/12 glasses a day... I don't think there is many on this forum that has done the research I have into kidney damage.

No it doesn't become harmfull but you do lose minerals... guys put it this way, drink when you thirsty and maybe a few extra glases than that... but when you thirsty and have a coke you should be having water then, or coffe or anything for that matter, so anytime you thirsty have water with what ever you drinking, I won't have a cup of coffe without downing a glass of water before hand.. the coffe causes you to become dehydrated so does creatine as much as your body holds water your kidneys take the strain, hence you need to up your water dose on juice and creatine.. juice does increse creatine levels too thats why I never use it while on a cycle don't see the point.

the things I will not drink water with is grean tea, camomile and roibos.

why not just source a doc that you can be truthfull with about the gear, and have him sort you on decent meds to correct the issue...ur health is more important than a doc looking at you like ur cracy coz ur juicing...

i went for my bloodwork and got meds to correct high colesterol and also to free up more test coz mine was being converted to bad test...

doing next bloodwork in 2 weeks then in back to a cycle.
my cholesterol was at 8.4 then after 5 weeks on meds it was down to 5.1

point being a proper doc with all the facts of what ur using can sort you out and thats what ur looking for...

Hi

Well the problem is you can be as honest as you want, there is no 'tablet' that can help your kidneys... Any tablet you put in your body you damage your kidneys more. So as much as I suffer high bloop pressure, the BP tablets I am taking have a spin off in that it helps control my bp but damages my kidneys further at the same time.

And the only thing your doc will say is stop taking steroids. Nothing else...

acid is on the right track with stopping the creatine and other supplements... i'm sure within 2 or so weeks you will be well on your way to healthy kidneys again.. as they say to much of anything .......

Howzit ,

My doctor is pretty sweet.
He takes juice himself sometimes.

Then thing is , if it was serious he would of prescribed me medication. He didnt???!! So I am taking that as my liver and kidneys are under stress but it is reversible by simply increasing my water intake.

And stopping my creatine.

[edited out]

I found that Creatine has a by product called creatinine . Which is toxi to the body??

Oh there is so much evidence...

www.articlesbase.com/health-articles/cre...onger-you-11273.html

That is just 1 site showing how creatine causes you to become dehydrated and if you dehydrated you causing damage to your kidneys. But I can tell you right now it has _NOTHING_ to do with the transportation. If you not absorbing creatine you will get the runs, hence its out your system hence its not causing damage... the damage comes when the creatine is absorbed.

Also remeber to determine if you have damaged kidneys they check its creatine level in the urine and if its to high it shows their is damage. So putting more creatine in will cause the kidney to strain. Check this site out too

www.creatinejournal.com/creatine-supplem...eatine-side-effects/

its more of a debate, but I have medical books at home on what creatine does, i will try find out what they using to reference their articles on.

Remeber most kidney problems happen slowely and are silent killers as you don't pick up on them early enough.

Gradual loss of kidney function is called CKD (chronic kidney disease) / chronic renal insufficience. Most people with CKD go on to develop permenant kidney damage.. Don't play games with your kidneys! People with CKD also are much more likely to have a stroke or heart attack.

Dude I can go on and speak for hours about kidneys and their damage and can show many facts of creatine causing issues. Remeber the kidneys are supposed to take all waste products out of the blood but leave protein however as the kidneys start to get damage you start to pass protein too. Hence your doctor must have picked up protein in the urine thats one of the tests they do to determine the damage of the kidneys.
