My dad and brother go to a chiropractor to straighten them out, sorry for the pun. ;)
He just aligns the vertebrae so that they don't pinch the nerves, it really works for them and gives relief.
Its also better than going for a dangerous back-op.
Consider it, if it doesn't help, it wont break the bank (or your back) :P

I guess so Inja, what do you think I should do? Just go straight to the chiro or orthopedic guy? I told him I wanted x rays done and so forth, but he said it's not necessary. I think one of the nerves given me kak is that sciatic nerve, it's painful.

Shot, I'll go see the chiro then see what he says.

the bone you are referring to is the iliac crest... it is the palpable portion of your sacroiliac joint, so most likely it is this joint that is involved. The absence of pain or other hard neurological signs (pins and needles, numbness, weakness) down the legs suggests that there is no nerve entrapment, so the good news? Most likely diagnosis is a Sacroiliac joint dysfunction, easily treated by your Chiro. If any other signs or symptoms suggest it, he'll send you for an xray to assess the condition of said joint.
Go to the Chiro first, if on the off chance its bad enough that surgary is required, he'll refer you to the appropriate Ortho. Remeber, Ortho's are surgeons and as such there treatment is generally limited to surgical procedures...

Any other questions, feel free to drop me a line

Um, but im scared of needles...

Well I don't know if this is a symptom, but I need to take a piss way too often. Like almost every hour or less.

Is that related to the backpain? Started same time etc?

Any pain over the kidneys?
Any pain when urinating?
Frequent urge to urinate or frequent filling of the bladder? (is your bladder actually full or does it just feel like it)
Any dribbling or incontinence?

Any other symptoms?

Um, but im scared of needles...

Once or twice kidneys pained.
Started about the same time as back pain. But I am supplementing with Dandelion and I think that makes you wee a lot???
No pain when urinating.
It's like my bladder is full every hour and I need to piss, I can't hold it in any longer. Shit I'm not sure. Maybe it just feels full.
No dribbling, comes out with brute force

ok, if the bladder is actually full that quick then i think your back pain and frequent urination are two different issues.

Any strange colour or odour to urine?
Maybe get kidneys checked out with some basic urine tests.

If its just a feeling of fullness without much urine then we may have to consider a nervous system issue, which may or may not be linked to the back pain.

Most likely tho is a simple Sacroiliac syndrome, have your chiro take a look at it, im sure after one or two treatments it'll feel a lot better

not reading the thread properly, but are you holding water / using creatine / using gear? you can urinate often in any of these cases... the dribbling is not to much to worry about, but is it a full blown piss or what? sometimes if you not getting all the urine out and its sitting it can cause an infection, sometimes infections don't burn either so you can't rule it out.

as spike said, go get some tests done, protein / blood in the urine and take it from there.. very well could be a start of a kidney problem... caught early you have nothing to worry about.

I think it's more a feeling of fullness. What test should I ask for, just Protein/Blood in the urine?

Using gear at the moment.

No strange colour or odour.

For kidney function just piss in a cup and get a dipstick test. Five times less expensive than bloods...

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Did the piss Test, blood in the urine. No infection. No Protein leak.
The back pain is gone, so looks like the kidney problem is something new. He gave me some meds so hopefully that will sort it out.
