Sorry for a topic deviation but anyone here have any experience with the bike Calum Von Moger has? I believe it's a V-rod Night special... I kinda like the look of it.

No Pyro no problems without abs just focus stay alert and go for defensive riding training. Obviously if a bike has it it is a good safety feature but non of my R1's had abs.

That right there!

I often used the shimwels in boksburg, and they were always happy to help and very fast with quality work. If I'm not mistaken they also have one in Pretoria, midrand side? (Can be mistaken)

For repairs after accident the first quote came today. 50000. :side: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: 50

Got the guy to come down to 45000 but it stills feels like I received without Vaseline.

That is a bit steep. What was the damage? Sounds more than just cosmetics? Did you ask to speak to Braham?

OMG, harsh mate. Hope you were okay after the accident?

I'm good thanx bro! Really just got some nasty roasties on my knees as I was wearing jeans. Me I always say you never cheap out on safety gear so I didn't get hurt anywhere else. Sidi Boots, Shark Sauer R2 helmet and a Marlboro racing jacket with thick padding. I borrowed gloves from a friend and never fucking ever will I do that again! Might as well have worn wool I think the fucker secretly hates me. I told him not only will I not replace his gloves, he fucking owes me a pair!

Braam was on holiday a couple of days. Gonna try reach him tomorrow. Can you recommend a good service to transport bikes? The guys I went to so far I am sure they are trying to blow smoke up my ass cause there is no ways I fucked up 7 clutch plates. It's that 'just replace it' mentality that's so damn expensive.
